R1P3 2nd Week

Wt: 174 lbs LIW: 173lbs

I weighed myself earlier today plus I believe I ate too many melba rounds yesterday with my tuna salad. I've been told my schedule will change again beginning tomorrow!!!

Breakfast: 1 fun size Milky Way bar
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: Chuck steak
