R1P3 2nd Week

Wt: 175 lbs LIW: 173 lbs

Ok, I know it looks like I have gained 2 lbs. but in reality, my work schedule changed twice this week which has caused me to weigh myself earlier and earlier. I weighed myself today at 3:45AM. I'm having to adjust my body and meal times so my weight will be off for a while. I also cheated the last couple of days with fun sized candy bars and donuts.

Breakfast: a cake donut from Southern Maid
Lunch: chicken strips w/Provolone cheese and Laughing cow cheese wedge (2)
Dinner: mixed greens salad with chicken strips, avocado and bleu cheese dressing
