R1P3 2nd Week

Wt: 174 LIW: 173

Last night I made sure to finish eating before 6pm since I had to go to bed at 9pm. Weighed myself this morning and the scale crept up to 174. Must be all those fun sized candy bars I was cheating with and the donut, duh! Tomorrow will be my 3rd week of Phase 3. If my calculations are correct I can start Phase 2 again on Thanksgiving and do a 23 day (short phase) and be done before Christmas so I can be on Phase 3 again by then. Hopefully it will work out that way.

Breakfast: None, a venti Bold with cream and Splenda from Starbucks
Lunch: mixed greens salad w/chicken strips and avocado
Dinner:
