R1P4 1st Week

Wt: 174 lbs LIW: 173

Got up to get ready for work.

Breakfast: whole wheat toast w/real butter and coffee w/ 1/2 & 1/2
Lunch: Furr's all you can eat buffet (meatloaf, salad, chicken leg, roll, pan potato fries, slice of sweet potato pie
Dinner: chicken Teryaki w/basmati rice and Hersey's chocolate bar
