R1P4 1st Week

Wt: 175 LIW: 173

I'm not too worried about my weight right now since this coming Thursday I begin Phase 2 again. Back to no food so to speak.

Breakfast: croissantwich (2) and coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and Splenda
Lunch: chicken soup (celery,onions, garlic and white rice)
Dinner: Same as lunch and 2 Klondike bars
