R1P4 1st Week

Wt: 176 LIW: 173

Ate my dinner late so my weight is the same. I had to do the mailrun at work and had to take a vehicle to the radioshop. While I was there, they invited me or I invited myself to partake in their Thanksgiving luncheon. I felt uncomfortable but I ate anyway.


Breakfast: coffee and croissantwich
Lunch: ham, beans, queso with tostadas, fresh broccoli, snap peas
Dinner: tilapia fish, experimental mashed potatoes, corn w/green pepper
Snack: cottage cheese w/pineapple and cinnamon
