R2P2 Day 6 Lost 1.2lbs

Wt: 175.4 LIW: 173
0.9ml HCG 6th Injection (150iu)

I had to weigh myself very early this morning since I had to be at work at 5:30am. I'm kind of hoping it would be more but 1.2 lbs is still very good, a loss is a loss, right? My work schedule changed from the last time I did the protocol so let's see how this is going to work. I was home yesterday but today its back to the old grind.

Breakfast: black coffee w/stevia
Lunch: sirloin, fresh cauliflower and an orange
Dinner: chicken and cabbage soup w/a splash of ACV (different and kinda delish)

Now, I know cauliflower is not allowed on the protocol but last week I had bought a huge bunch, since it was on sale, and I forgot about it. I was looking through the fridge to see what protocol vegetables were in there and I discovered the cauliflower. I will experiment to see if it stalls my weight loss or helps it. Trial and error for me.

This is all just a learning experience, please let us know how it goes. This round I am doing by the book, but next round I am willing to experiment a bit so would be curious to know your findings.

1.2 is NOTHING to sneeze at! WOO HOO FOR YOU!

Hi Mary,
I'm one of the Thanksgiving P2 Crew. Biz put up our file in the database section of the group site so go there and log yourself in girl! We gotta get some friendly competition going here.
As far as the cauliflower goes, the clinic I was going to for my first round actually told us that cauliflower and broccoli were on the food list. So I was using them often during my last P2. I seemed to have good weight loss in a "stairstepping" fashion. So I am still using both since they really seem to be a more "meal" kind of veggie to me, and maybe that makes them more psychologically filling.
I'm glad I found your blog. Come on over and check mine out too!

Sorry, I forgot to ask you where you're from. You said "the desert" and I'm from Chandler, AZ. So are we neighbors?
