R3P2D3 Apologies to Everyone

Round 3 Week 1 of Phase 2 VCLD Day 3
1ml HCG (166.6iu) IM Injection#3
LIW: 168.2
Yesterday's Wt: 173.2
Today's Wt: 173.2
0.0 lbs LOSS/GAIN overnight

First, I'd like to apologize to everyone, I did read everyone's posting yesterday but I just didn't get around to commenting. Second, I want to thank everyone for their comments and today I'm feeling a bit better. I had to revise my menu from the day before because it is so easy to forget what you ate. I had written in down in my food journal but I posted from memory.

Even though I started counting again at injection one, I believe this batch has lost its potency, it is getting to 3 weeks old now. So Saturday, I'll mix a new batch since TOM should be gone by then. I left work early yesterday just cause I felt like crap. I wanted to get some cash out of the ATM before leaving work so I could stop by the grocery store on my way home but I left my debit card at home and I had no cash on me whatsoever. I got home and checked my mail and all my 10-98 forms were there so I worked on my tax return and sent it off!! I took my kitty to the vet to have his stitches removed, he had a hernia so that was fixed at the same time that he was "fixed". I came home and fell asleep for about 30 minutes. I experimented with dinner yesterday plus I caved and ate some chocolate to feed TOM, aarrrrgh!!

Yesterday's menu:
B: 12oz. coffee w/half & half, 2 pkts Splenda, 12oz. black coffee
L: Boca burger and about 12 grape tomatoes
D: curry chicken & zucchini soup with cilantro and plenty of garlic
S: chocolate bar w/almonds and a handful of potato chips

Again, thanks to everyone and hopefully today I should be back on track!!

No need to apologize, you have a life and sometimes it just gets in the way of our fun here in the blogosphere!

Take care of yourself, get back into the right mind set, and carry on!

Hope today is better for you Mary! Don't worry, things will start to settle down and then you can focus on the losing! Okay "over achiever" your taxes are done already-guess I'd better start thinking about it, ewww!

Wow... you did your taxes already? How cool is that?!

Life can get a little hectic sometimes. Just try to refocus and remember to take your "YOU" time.

That's strange that your hCG would lose its potency so quickly, Mary. It is supposed to be guaranteed to be potent for 30 days. I wonder what contributes to the breakdown of potency. Did you do a pregnancy test on it?

How nice of you to take such good care of the kitty. You're a good kitty parent and a responsible one for having him neutered. Our neighborhood is overrun with kittens and cats all the time because there is a family that lets their cat have litter after litter of kittens and they don't get rid of the kittens. I offered to take the mama cat in to get spayed. No deal.

Hope tomorrow is a better day!

Mary, sorry to hear you've had a tough time recently. I had to skip a day reading blogs and am just trying to catch up. I'm glad to see you are back on injections and I know you'll do great now that your back on plan.
I have tested the potency of my HCG with a pregnancy test too. I buy them at dollar general. I just put a teeny drop of hcg on it and then a few more drops of water to make it flow. And it always just shows right up...
Hang in there and you'll have a good loss to report tomorrow~

I'd remix a new batch of Hcg too, if I were you. As I recall, it's supposed to be good for around 21 days.

Hope things are getting better!!

Hey, P2 Break Buddy! Sounds like things are a little tough?? You can do this, we both can do this. Hang in there.

Something that helps me is to plan my meals out 5 days in advance. This way when things get crazy, the decision on "what to eat" is already made! I also pick one day a week to cook and freeze my meals, then daily take them out to defrost.

You sound like such a giving person. I love to hear about your cats. Be sure to check out
