R3P2D29 Whoa!!!

3.0 lbs GAIN

This has two factors working against me today. First, I had to weigh in at 3:30am instead of 7 or 8 and too much cheese?? No, I did feel like I went overboard yesterday but did I stop......Noooo!! I ate breakfast kinda late and then lunch kinda late and I still squeezed in dinner 3 hours before bedtime. So, I'll try and take it easy today. I'm feeling kinda blah today and I'm not blaming the food, I just don't want to be here at work today and its Monday.

*^*WARNING TO P2'ERS, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!*^*
B: Mixed berries yogurt w/1 tbls. of ground flaxseed, 2 large cups of coffee w/cream
L: bunless hamburger on lettuce w/avocado, portobello mushrooms, bacon and mayo, chile con queso w/potato chips
S: 1 Skinny Cow chocolate ice cream sandwich
D: 1 thick cut pork chop, 1/2 avocado and 1 Bud Light, a little more chile con queso w/potato chips
I know potato chips are not good but I didn't want to indulge in tostadas. I didn't realized that the pork chops were so thick!!! It was very good and it has been a very, very long time since I have had a pork chop.
Jennay, yes Texas is a whole other country!! I was up early yesterday and didn't think about the fact that you'd wake up hung over!! I made up for that 2 pound drop, eh!!
Monica, I bridged that gap pretty quickly, didn't I?? Breakfast wasn't so great cuz I ate kinda late but I made up for at lunch and dinner, right?
CB, you didn't miss much, I was in a rut and decided to take a break, so my body is just playing games with me now. Don't forget to keep us posted on your P3!!

Well all be...I never thought to dip potato chips in the queso-wowzer! So did you make Becca's queso?

Girl, what a fun day of eating-do you get fuller much easier now? It doesn't seem you ate bad enough to gain 3 lbs-remember to try to drink lots of water today!

I think Monday's should be a mandatory day off (every week)! Just "act" sick and take the rest of the day off....

I think you didn't do too badly. I think alot of that was the fact that you weighed so early. You're body didn't have a chance to let the weight go. Plus you might be retaining a little water from the chips & cheese... And girl... you're still UNDER your LIW with a big gap! Not a bad start if you ask me. Besides... you're supposed to be enjoying this break right? So enjoy it & if you enjoy it too much... you've got that steak day :)

Hey girly, long time since I've been able to make it by. You've been busy since I last checked up on you. But I think a break is an excellent idea for you. You can go all crazy on the food and then HOPEFULLY get it out of your system! Do you think it'll work that way for you? I know how contrary you Marys can be... Oh man i'm cracking myself up! I'm sure not so much for you...
And it doesn't sound like you made the spinach con queso yet did ya? You said chili con queso. So be sure to let me know when you try it cuz i want to see how it turns out for you, velveeta and all!
