I'm Tired and It's Only Thursday

Round 4 BREAK
Starting Weight on 08.18.07: 197lbs
R3 LIW: 161.4
Starting R4 Wt: 161.8
Yesterday's Wt: 163.0
Today's Wt: 160.8
Today's LOSS/GAIN: -2.2 lbs

Don't even ask me how that happened. I had a trail mix bar for breakfast with coffee. For lunch I had a South Beach Living Parmesan Chicken thingy that has whole wheat pasta. After work I picked up my daughter but I was so tired that I almost got into an accident and my daughter agreed with me that I needed a nap. I tried to fall asleep and my cell phone rang. It was Kohl's asking if I was ever going to pick up the bra that they transferred from the other store. I explained that I had not been called before so I didn't know it was in until this phone call. So I finally fell asleep for about 20 minutes and decided to sleep a bit more. I finally dragged myself outta bed and went to the kitchen to eat something before going bowling. I started to feel a headache coming on. I had a turkey, provolone, avocado, mayo sandwich with sour cream & cheddar potato chips.

Bowling went great, a retired officer flirted with me and creepy guy snuck up behind me and rubbed my shoulders. He commented on my hair and left. My daughter apologized to me for not warning me but she didn't see him until his hands were already on my shoulders. We managed to win two games and we are in second place!! I had a hard time falling asleep and I saw the clock at around 11:30 and that was the last time until the alarm went off this morning.

I'm getting myself psyched to start again this Saturday, yikes!!!

Becca, yeah, they're cool but I'm not ready to use them yet. I found them at Wal*Mart in the kids board games aisle. I'm really enjoying myself bowling and I'm starting to feel 2 days a week is not enough but financially it isn't feasible. I'll try to post a pic.

Jan, I completely skipped P3 and went straight into P4. It amazes me how quickly I fell back into bad habits. I guess that's why addicts fall off the wagon a few times before they completely become sober.

Mary, Wow, lucky you getting a nice loss like that. Are you ready for P2 again? Are you going to try to do this P2 without deviations? It's hard, but it's kind of necessary to have the mindset that "cheating is not an option" and then just turn off all visual input when forbidden food is around. Just pretend you've got blinders on and walk right on by those donuts... (and CHIPS!)
I have learned how to go into our monthly birthday celebration meetings where they have a whole tableful of sliced cake on plates and just think "that food is not for me, it's for THOSE people. I can have some when I'm done with P2"...
And that works MOST of the time. When I'm feeling weak, I just don't go to the meetings and avoid the situation.
Whoops I just realized I'm writing a book here, but I am really hoping you do well when you go back to P2. I want my MaryGirl to succeed!
In the meantime, keep on enjoying all those yummy foods and I'll live vicariously through you until I'm done in a few weeks!

The fact that you're maintaining with the menu you are eating... is a sign that your body needed it...you are still below your LIW...Are you starting Phase 2 on Saturday?
