I tried starting and restarting for several weeks but something always came up.  The loading was fun but I kept in on, so here I go again.  Since my clothes are starting to fit a bit tight, it's time to start all over again.

Wow, I forgot to post yesterday but I am still doing horribly.  I just can't stop munching.  Yesterday was the worst because of my coworker taking those Mexican pastries to work and I couldn't resist.  Friday was no better, I had more chips with hot sauce for "dinner".  When I went to bed Friday night, it finally dawned on me as part of the reason why I can't stick to protocol, TOM!!  TOM is going to visit very soon.  So yesterday after I had about 3 pastries, 1 brisket breakfast taco, I arrived home not hungry.  Hmmm, I wonder why??  I ended up snacking on my "crackers" and polishing off the rest of the chips with hot sauce, since they're weren't that many left.  I really wanted tacos yesterday but I didn't make or buy any.  I really need to get my head back in this game so TOM better get here and exit soon, very soon.  As I stated before, I've already got it my head that as soon as I finish the "drops", I will switch over to the injections.

I went to Target on Friday because I bought some more razors since I had some good coupons for them, plus Target was giving a $5 gift card for every two razors that you purchase.  While I was reading my email, that I am so behind in, I came across an email from a couponing website that stated that the hair color was also on sale at Target and for every 2 boxes you purchased, you would receive a $5 gift card as well.  So I quickly wrote everything down and took my lunch hour.  I had to come home and pick up my Target coupons because I did not have them with me.  So I bought 4 boxes of hair color and 4 Venus razors (bonus lotion included) and used all my coupons.  I had $2 off coupons for each box of hair color plus the Target coupon for $3 off two boxes and my $4 off any Venus Olay razors.  I made out like a bandit.  Plus I received 4 $5 gift cards plus the others I had earned during the week and last week.  I have about $50 worth of gift cards now.  That will come in very handy when I am completely broke or if my daughter needs something, I can give her a few gift cards.  As I placed everything in the closet, I realized I need to have a garage sale because there is no way in hell I can use all this stuff myself.  A coworker suggested I sell my stuff at the flea market and I would probably get rid of everything fast.  That's an idea but I need to find out how much a booth runs and if its worth it.  A Facebook friend has a booth on Sunday's so maybe I can hit him up and split the cost of the booth and that would help both of us.  I must check into this.

Now, I'm going to go scour the Sunday paper for their ads and start couponing.  Also try and figure out what the hell is wrong with me and not being able to get my head together and do this protocol.  Happy Sunday everyone!!

OK so I did somewhat horribly yesterday as well.  I'm just not able to get a handle of not grazing after doing it for some time.  I know I can graze on my allowed veggies but I have been extremely lazy these past two weeks.  I'm not used to humidity, only dry heat, and we have had some humid days so I've been feeling miserable.  So yesterday I brought my chicken for lunch but forgot a veggie.  So when I arrived home, I started munching on my "crackers".  Then later I had another chicken portion for dinner.  I haven't bought any fruit so I had a small glass of pineapple orange juice, again not allowed.  I have been dropping pounds but not as quickly as if I stuck to protocol.  Since I'm doing the sublingual drops, I think mentally I'm not getting it.  So as soon as I finish these drops, I'm going to start on the subq injections.  I guess I'm just used to the injections so mentally, I can't get my head around the drops.  I will still try to eat protocol while taking these drops and maybe that will help me reset my mental state of being back on protocol.  I knew I took too long of a break so I think that may have screwed me up.  I did gain back about 9 pounds and looking in the mirror, it seems to have all gone to my upper arms!!  The don't look muscular just extremely pudgy!!  I can feel a slight tightness in my sleeves as well.  I should be more motivated but just can't get my head into the game.  Maybe once I continue on the drops, I'll be able to wrap my head around this again.

Ok, my ticker and numbers are all off so I'll just deal with it later.  I did horrible yesterday on my first VLCD.  I started out good but then started grazing.  I know cherries are not on protocol but I was not going to let 2 lbs of cherries go to waste.  I was able to grill all my chicken for the rest of the week.  I had my portion for lunch along with some asparagus.  Then later I started feeling hungry ( I think I was actually thirsty) so I started munching on potato chips with hot sauce.  Good choice right?  Then I still ate my chicken portion a bit later.  What am I going to do with myself??

My absence has been too great here.  My computer is extra slow these days.  I enjoyed my time with my daughter but now I have to get my head back into this game.  I started my drops on Sunday and enjoying my foods.  I did an extra day yesterday because I discovered a bag of potatoes that I had bought while my daughter was here, that I forgot to take with me when I took her back home.  So I enjoyed some hash browns with eggs in the morning and a potato hash for dinner.  So today, of all days, is my first VLCD.  During my absence, I bowled in a tournament.  We took second place as a team for our division so that was good.  I also had to attend a 50th wedding anniversary that same night then get up early and return to that tournament.  Needless to say, that weekend just flew by.  As a matter of fact, I'm still trying to recover from that weekend to this day.

I'm still couponing and I scored a great deal yesterday.  I went by my local Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market that I despise, and noticed they had some eye drops on clearance.  I recall seeing a coupon for them but I didn't have them with me.  I know I had kept the coupons because I thought to myself, I don't need them but just in case.  I came home and realized that I had forgotten to purchase the newspaper so I had to go back.  I found the coupons and returned.  I got the newspaper first since that was the reason for my trip there and I had 7 coupons for the eye drops.  The eye drops were on clearance for $2 and the coupon was for $2 off any drops from that brand.  So yes, I got 7 free bottles of eye drops.  I was ecstatic!!  Yes, I do use these eye drops.  After my laser surgery, these were the eye drops recommended by the surgeon to use when my eyes felt dry.  I know coworkers that also had the surgery so I may be able to make a profit off of them if I choose to sell them to them.  Before going to Wal*Mart, I had gone to Kmart to score some extra shoppers rewards.  I purchased hair color, feminine pads and tampons and body spray.  After she rang me up she told me if I spent $1.50 more, she would give me $5 off because I would be over the $50 limit.  I grabbed a couple of dollar items so that put me over the $50 and she rewarded me with the $5 off.  There was a store coupon for the hair color that made each box $4.99, limit of two but I also had a manufacturer's coupon for $5 off of two boxes, so technically I got one box free or each for about $2.50.  I also had coupons for the feminine products which were doubled with my rewards card.  The body spray was less expensive here than at Target but I had a $1 off coupon which also was doubled.  So from $50 total, it went down to about $23, so I saved over half.  The cashier was impressed and expressed to me that she needed to get a printer at home to print coupons as well.  I'm sure she's going to try and convince her husband now after seeing how much I saved.  I may have to go back after payday to score some more hair color.  During my absence, I also scored more free razors so I am stocked beyond belief.  I may have to open a garage store because I may not be able to use all of these.  Some are men's razors as well.

I know I had more to discuss but right now, I'm drawing a blank.  Maybe once all the junk clears out of my system, I'll be able to think a bit clearer.

Since I got to sleep in this morning (6am) i was lucky I didn't see a jump in weight.  I was awaken at 4am by some noise and figured it was my daughter arriving.  I didn't want to scare her so I just went back to sleep since she was just going to go to sleep anyway.  I dragged my butt out of bed at 7am and made me some coffee.  I decided to water my palm trees, wash my car and of course scour the specials and coupons for the morning.  I didn't wash my car right away so I headed to Wal*Mart to get a few things since my daughter was home.  I got home and put the ice cream away quickly then washed my car.  I was done by 10am.  I came inside, changed and made myself another cup of coffee.  I was about to sit down in the living room when I heard someone unlocking the door.  I looked and saw my daughter walking in.  I was in complete shock.  I asked her if she had gone for a walk or something and she said she was barely arriving.  I was like what?!?  I explained to her that I thought she arrived at 4am because I heard all this ruckus and noticed a item knocked over in the hallway that I thought she had knocked over when walking in the dark.  She confirmed that she hadn't been here.  WTF!!!  I asked her again because I thought she had gone to some parties last night and she said she had a change of plans and didn't go so she just came home this morning.  So I went and checked her bedroom, no one in there.  I told her they probably left when I went to the store.  Freaky!!!!  Needless to say, I'm well stocked again in more razors now even in men's!!  I can use a new razor every week for at least 2 years LOL!!  I apparently am feeling much better than I have all week because I did have some new found energy.  Now if I can just channel it to clean my kitchen, LOL.

Last night I was so tired that I really didn't do anything.  I picked up a little since I thought my daughter would arrive during the dark hours but the joke was on me.  I literally passed out when I went to bed because I heard nothing until 4am when I thought she had arrived.  This is still freaking me out!! Anyway, apparently that Spanish newspaper that usually arrives on Sunday was delivered yesterday while I was at work and since my local newspaper was in the driveway, they didn't leave one for me, bastards!!  I already helped myself to both my neighbors papers since neither one picks them up.  I will have to do my 3am walk later to collect more because there are some awesome coupons today.  I will update tomorrow on my awesome steals, I mean deals!!

I already received two texts this morning wishing me a Happy Father's Day, one from my father and one from my cousin.  I'm sure they meant well since I did raise my daughter all on my own, so yes, I am her father and her mother all in one.  That's all she needs, right?

While I was at bowling yesterday, we were hit by a massive dust storm with a few sprinkles so my car looks disgusting.  My bowling wasn't that great either.  Our team captain bought nachos, how dare him.  He shared with everyone but I only had 2 bites.  I came home and couldn't tell if we had gotten rain here at my house but there were a few puddles in the street but nothing major.  I stayed up late, ate a small rotisserie chicken leg while watching my show since it was the season finale and I finally went to bed at 11pm.  I almost didn't get up this morning when I heard my alarm clock.  My brain was thinking it was Sunday already and I almost just shut the whole alarm off and went back to sleep.  Luckily I just hit the snooze button and let my brain wake up a bit more.  Work was horrible, I got two late reports and one turned into a cluster.  I finally got a lunch break and went to Whataburger!!  I got the green chile double burger.  It was hot and fresh and I enjoyed every bite!!  Of course I enjoyed some Mexican pastries in the morning as well.  I brought some doughnuts home for my daughter and another pastry for my morning coffee.  This week is going to be tough because my daughter will be here with me all week.  I came straight home after work and started to watch a bit of television, suddenly I felt sleepy so I went to my room and laid down.  I barely woke up at 5pm, just to watch the local news.  Now I have to go and clean up a bit before my daughter comes home sometime in the early morning hours.  Knowing her, she'll probably come home when I get up in the morning.  I'm anxious to see what coupons await me in the morning. I might check the Internet for a sneak peek.   I don't have much else to report since all I've done so far is sleep.

Granted I'm not taking my doses, I'm still dropping slowly.  Probably because I stopped eating junk?  Oh, who am I kidding?  Today was really bad.  We had a serious call at work today so I didn't get to eat lunch and of course, I didn't pack a lunch.  Since everyone was tied up on this call, I had to stick around and answer phones and go through other paperwork while they responded. I found some cookies to snack on and later someone brought donuts!!   I came straight home after work and made myself a decent salad.  I had bagged butter blend salad mix, rotisserie chicken, baby carrots, mushrooms and bleu cheese dressing and bacon bits.  It was delish!!  I'm snacking on my "crackers".  I have bowling tonight so I probably won't eat dinner.  There is nothing P2 or P3 friendly at the bowling alley.

So last night after having some more rotisserie chicken and butter fried asparagus, I had a skinny cow chocolate wafer and a few Hershey's Bliss chocolate mint candies. Yes, only a few and not the whole bag like I would normally have.  TOM is finally leaving.  This time TOM visit brought quite a bit of pain.  Ever since I had my baby (19 years ago), I no longer have cramps maybe some mild discomfort once in a long while but this time I actually had cramps!!  I felt like I was eleven years old again.  My daughter was laughing and she was happy that I was suffering.  It turned out that TOM wasn't that bad, no heavy bleeding just a very mild one.  After feeling those cramps, I thought for sure this was going to be a bad one but it was very light.  Thank goodness for small favors.  Now that TOM is officially leaving maybe my anorexia will kick in and I can restart my sublingual drops soon.   Tomorrow will be tough because my partner that was out with a knee injury has returned and that means so will the Saturday Mexican pastries!!

Ok I've tried for the last 3 days to update my Ticker and it keeps reverting back to the old one.  At first I thought it was me and that I had just forgotten but I've done 3 times (again today) and hopefully this time it sticks!!

TOM Is Not Helping!!

After posting yesterday, I realized how severely dehydrated I was.  I knew since Saturday because I began feeling the symptoms but chalked up to being tired from my dog barking at the neighbors all night and morning.  Looking back I now see that my water intake was horrible until I got home from work, that's when I was drinking my water.  I don't have air conditioning in my car so as soon as I get in to drive home from work, I would start to feel drained.  So I stayed home from work again today.  Last night I drank a Powerade Zero.  I nearly chugged the whole thing because my body was craving it.  I drank some more water afterwards.  This morning I had one cup of coffee and started on another Powerade Zero and water. The dehydration was also adding to my back pain because my kidneys were working overtime.  So TOM and dehydration don't mix well.  I feel much better now.  So I should be good to go back to work in the morning.  I need to pack my Powerade Zero with me.  Since TOM was also wreaking havoc for me, I didn't take my dose this morning and may have to wait a bit.  I don't think the sublingual works too well for me.  I just don't feel it does the same job as the injections.  Then again, I keep forgetting my afternoon dose.  Since I've only taken 4 doses, I will still have 28 days worth.  I just give TOM a few more days and start back up.  Or I may have to wait until after the 23rd which I have a tournament to participate in.  Ugh, such decisions!!  I will be eating Paleo/P3 style for these few days.  As I stated before, I don't think the drops or sublingual are working for me.  The only reason I've lost some weight is because I'm finally losing the water retention I get from TOM and my cravings are starting to subside.  I make a trip to Costco this morning to get a few things since my coupons arrived and I had to time to look at them.  There wasn't much to really choose from but I still got a few things.  I also got a rotisserie chicken since it was already getting close to lunch time and I hadn't eaten.  I also picked up some asparagus and baby bellos.  The apples are overpriced or at least I don't remember paying that much for them last time. I came straight home and made no trip to Wal*Mart which was on my original plan as well as Albertson's but decided against both those stores for today.  I already ate some chicken and I'm still drinking my Powerade Zero and water.  Hopefully I get better and more energetic so I can get some things done around here.  I'll start off slowly, just one load of laundry. I don't want to overexert myself, LOL.

I finally get to update my Ticker today and set my new goal.  I'm finally on my first official VLCD.  I had chicken already.  I got up late because I played hooky from work today.  My back was killing me last night and this morning.  After I awoke this morning around 7:30am, or actually got out of bed, I got a surprise.  TOM has arrived.  What an unfortunate pairing of events.  That explains my back pain, my moodiness,  also my fatigue, cravings, constipation, and headaches.  I went ahead and watered my palm trees since I didn't do it on Sunday.  I went to Wal*Mart for a few things and now I regret not going grocery shopping yesterday.  I missed out on some good deals.  I didn't spend any money yesterday except for my meal but not shopping.  Oh well, most of it was off protocol foods anyway like bacon and ice cream.  I shouldn't have it in the house anyway to tempt me so it worked out in a way.  I also don't have room in my freezer or fridge so another plus for not grocery shopping.  I need to cook my chicken for dinner and tomorrow's lunch.  Actually it will be more than that because I need to remember I can only 100gm of it.  This is all I have to report this morning.

I know it looks like a had a massive load yesterday but it's only because I had to weigh myself at 4am!!  I didn't eat all day at work because everyone kept tempting me with ideas so I figured I would have one more day of enjoyment.  I had Grandy's chicken fried steak platter for lunch and dinner.  I figured it would be my last hoorah before I really have to settle into VLCD.  I also got a cinnamon roll.  As I was driving home, I stopped my a local sandwich shop to get a Cinnabon!!  Of course my server had to tempt me even more by asking if I wanted pecans.  How was I suppose to say no to that.  Looks like she drizzled some caramel sauce on it too!!  She must have know I was starting VLCD.  I arrived home and devoured my food and fell into a food coma.  Which explains why I'm posting so late.  I did ask for 3 sides which were mashed potatoes, green beans and fried okra!!  Yes I ate my cinnamon roll from Grandy's after that meal then slipped into my coma.  When I finally awoke, I polished off the Cinnabon with coffee.  Now, I drink lots and lots of water.  I didn't make it to the grocery store today and I probably won't.  Doesn't matter, I don't have room in my fridge for anything anyway.

Ugh, what a night!!  I went to bed somewhat earlier.  I was texting with my daughter.  At around 2am I awoke because my stomach was upset.  I drank some water and my mouth was extremely dry.  I laid back down and awoke again at 3am.  I tossed and turned for about an hour so I finally got up and walked the neighborhood, collecting papers.  I didn't want that many but since the two that I picked up yesterday didn't have coupons, I didn't want to chance it.  I just went down my street and came home.  I drank some more water and I actually broke a sweat even though I was trying to walk slow because I didn't want to put my tennis shoes on.  Usually I walk down three streets but these coupons weren't that great except for my almond milk.  I don't have room in my fridge so I don't need that many coupons.  I found about 10 papers so that was good.  I managed to fall back asleep around 5-5:30 and dragged myself out of bed around 8.  I felt so groggy and unbalanced.  Must have been from all the junk I ate yesterday and the lousy sleep I got.  I haven't been loading like I normally do, just enjoying forbidden foods that I will not see for quite some time.  I haven't done much today but organize recyclables but was too lazy to actually go to the recycling center to cash them in.  I did call a few places but the rate was the same at most places, one place offered less so I won't be going there.  I did find a business close to my workplace but I'd be embarrassed to show up to work with my little car filled to the max with cans but I may just have to do that or wait till next Monday.  I haven't really eaten anything major today, bagel with cream cheese for breakfast, Taco Bell for lunch and dinner will be some chicken thighs.  Tomorrow is VLCD one.  Oh what fun.

I clipped coupons most of the afternoon and tried to match them up with the sales that end tomorrow, so who knows what time I'll get home tomorrow.

I've been enjoying just a bit too much eating freedom.  Since I knew I was going to start my drops today, I said, "what the hell!"  I ate bean dip with Frito's, ice cream, chips and who knows what else.  The bean dip got to to me though.  I did wake up swollen this morning so I know it was the Frito's.

I tried to get up early today but 6:40am was what I could manage.  I got my paper to check the coupons and they weren't that great.  I headed to Target to check out what they had and almost everything was a dollar more than at Wal*Mart.  I found the Softsoap that they had dropped the price on but my coupons expired on the 8th, dammit!!  Oh well.  I bought some deodorant and some Pretzel Chips that they had on clearance. While I was checking out, I realized that I didn't have my debit card.  Luckily I had cash on me.  I stopped at Walgreen's but they didn't have the Gain dish detergent scent I was looking for, neither did Target.  I came home and dropped off what I bought at Target and picked up my debit card.  I went to the Super Target to check for my oatmeal that I had coupons for.  They were 20 cents less here than at Albertson's.  I got some more deodorants.  I drove to Wal*Mart and got some razors, Gain dish soap and a tank top.  This Wal*Mart was completely out of the mascara I was looking for so I had to drive to another Super Wal*Mart.  This one had what I was looking for.  I got some more razors and deodorants.  The cashier advised me that they don't limit coupons even if the coupon states there's a limit.  I forgot I had just printed their coupon policy and it states exactly that and they'll give you money back if the coupon is of higher value than the item.  Cool, right?  I came home after that trip and starting clipping more coupons.  I decided to go back to Wal*Mart because I only had 4 coupons left for the deodorants when I thought I had a lot more but they were just stuck to others, also to return that saddle soap I bought that was too expensive.  I got more deodorant and razors.  I am going to have the smoothest legs and armpits for the rest of my life, LOL.  I also bought some frozen french toast sandwiches from a popular restaurant chain, to enjoy the next couple of days.  Needless to say, I finally mixed my drops at around 2pm today.  I took my dose so now I have to remember to dose again later.  I'm going to have to set an alarm to remind me to take them in the afternoon.  I mixed mine with raspberry vodka and sodium chloride.  I know they've changed the rules about using alcohol but its what I had and I still had ampules of the sodium chloride. I think I'm ready for P2 again.  I'm trying not to do a heavy load but just enjoy some foods I know I won't be able to have for the next 30 days and 3 weeks of P3.  Of course after I took my dose, I lost my appetite which I do like but not on the first day, rather that I worked on the third day and beyond, LOL.  I'm just praying that I get back to LIW quickly so I can start losing real weight again.

Yesterday was very eventful.  I had Whataburger for breakfast.  I had the green chile burger combo then after I got home, I had an ice cream.  I took a nap then headed out to the bowling alley.  I was planning on eating there but it got too late.  I did very good my second game, I bowled a 255!!  I believe that is my highest score ever.  After I arrived home, I saw that my "new" neighbors were gathered in their driveway.  My dog kept barking at them and she barked all night so I got no sleep until 3am.  I had to wake up in less than an hour.  I asked if I could leave work early and I did.  I went to Kmart to get some more deodorant with my doubled coupons.  I counted the coupons I have for the deodorants and I still have about 18 of them.  Sheesh!!  I drove to the Tractor Supply Store and bought my rabbit a larger water bottle.  After I arrived home, I changed and went outside to see what the neighbors had done.  I found beer cans that they had thrown at my dog, those sons of bitches!!  I threw one back and kept the rest to sell.  They threw limes too but I threw those back in their yard.  These people are disrespectful and are constantly throwing their trash in my yard and they've only been there a week.  They are nothing but a bunch of low lives and they are going to make the next year unbearable.  I just hope they didn't buy the house and are just renting so they'll leave soon.  I took a nap after cleaning their mess up and now I sit here debating what to eat.  I had a bagel and mixed berry cream cheese after my nap, but I need something more substantial.  I will hopefully grill these.  The neighbors across the street are going to have a birthday party later, so I'll have to contend with that mess later.  I really feel that I should move because of these people and I have done too much to this house to have to leave on their account.  I need some much needed positive mantra to come my way and get these people out of here.

Oh yeah, I should be mixing my drops tonight, and hopefully I remember to start them in the morning, LOL!  I'll just enjoy 2 more days of eating freedom.

If my goal was to gain weight back ASAP, I am succeeding LOL! I have been eating kinda freely plus I think TOM is lurking in the shadows so that's not helping with cravings.  I must admit I wasn't ready to tell you about everything I ate yesterday but here it is.  I had steak, scalloped potatoes, potato salad, chile con queso, tostadas, Doritos, broccoli salad, cream cheese green chile corn and bowl cake.  I was stuffed.  After I took my daughter home and I finally arrived home, I posted and fell asleep, well, it was more of a food coma that I slipped into.  So that I only gained 0.6 pounds is crazy.  I'm sure tomorrow morning's weight will reflect the true weight of all that I ate.  After I arrived at work this morning, I raided the kitchen and only found grilled chicken and some leftover sides.  I only served myself the chicken, scalloped potatoes and ranch style beans.  It took me about 3 hours to eat it all.  I even ate some coffee cake.  After work I went to Kmart and what a mess that was.  I wanted to redeem my coupon for my free Oreos with my $25.00 purchase and it would not take the coupon.  It was the first one she scanned!!  Then she tried to tell me that I could only use one for my deodorants and I had to point it out to her that it stated 4 like coupons in one transaction.  I had to go to customer service and I was there for what felt like half and hour.  The manager finally got it working but I was mad because she wouldn't let me take the double stuffed Oreos even though the coupon stated different sizes.  Whatever!!  I just wanted to get the hell out of there already.  My deodorant coupons expire on Sunday so I am trying to use them up.  Since Kmart is doubling the coupons, my deodorants are costing me 79 cents.  I will put up the register not cooperating as long as I get my double coupons.  I finally arrived home and again, I'm exhausted.  Today is trash day so I will have to do that.

As much as I hate to do this, I found another home for my Labrador.  I don't really want to give her up but I just feel bad for her that I can't spend as much time with her as I like and that I can not have her indoors.  I need Cesar Milan to help me train her to get along with my cats but I can not afford him.  I've tried myself but I lose patience very quickly.  I think at this point, it may be better if I just find her a new home.  A coworker is willing to take her but it will be very difficult for me.  Especially because I will have stipulations but I know he won't follow them.

Hello Peeps!!  I didn't have a chance to post yesterday since I was getting ready for our annual  work BBQ. I wanted to make sure I had everything I wanted to take ready and packed.  Everything went well.

Sadly, I have been making some poor menu selections especially since my daughter was home with me.  I took her back today.  I know that is no excuse for eating poorly but as of tomorrow, I will start P2 again or maybe Friday or Saturday or Sunday.  I haven't mixed my drops so that may be a slight delay.

Yesterday I weighed the same as Monday even for weighing in at 4am.  Today it was slightly higher because I ate late and I ate crap like popcorn, ice cream, bologna sandwich, toasted bagel with mixed berry cream cheese, yum, and other unhealthy junk.  I noticed that after I ate the popcorn, my mouth and part of my throat were itching on the inside.  I'll take that as a sign that I'm allergic to corn because today I had some canned corn and my mouth and throat became itchy again.  Not severely, just bothersome and notable.  I really don't have much to report really because I've just been spending time with my daughter, well actually, cooking for my daughter and just talking.  We've stayed up late and just watched movies and get caught up with each other's business.

Today at work, at around 6 am, a postal worker dropped off two adorable puppies.  One was a dark tan and the other a light tan.  I named them Mocha and Cappuccino.  I believe they were both males.  They were very young but they got along great and were a couple of show offs.  By 10am, we had them both adopted.  I wanted to keep them but luckily they found homes elsewhere.

Can you believe I don't have any coupon stories?  Actually I did go to Albertson's yesterday to buy some more bacon and get my free eggs along with some bagged salad mix that was on sale 2 for $5 minus a $2 coupon from their monthly store special ad.  That was basically it.  Hopefully when I get back on P2, I'll be able to think better, not be so tired and post better thoughts and insights.

There it is, the weight number I was expecting yesterday but it showed up today.  I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and I could see my eyes were puffy.  Not sure if it was allergies or just water retention.  I sleep in today till about 8:30am, I was just exhausted from Saturday and having to get up early yesterday.  I'm not as young as I used to be so to recover from a night of drinking takes longer now.  So after I got up, I had a cup of coffee, dressed and put my "eyes" on. (I don't leave the house without eyeliner and mascara now).  I headed to Wal*Mart with my coupons and realized after parking that I had forgotten an item that I was going to return.  Oh well, just another trip later in the week.  I had coupons for bottled water, Cover Girl mascara, BBQ sauce and yes more razors. I bought some Laughing Cow cream cheeses that are new.  I bought the cinnamon cream and strawberries and cream flavors.  I also bought some mixed berry cream cheese and some bagels for my daughter. I checked out and came home.  I began putting everything away and I ended up dropping some eggs because I thought the carton was empty so luckily they didn't break completely in half.  So guess what I had for breakfast.  I cooked up some turkey bacon and the three eggs, scrambled of course.  I also toasted an English muffin and applied a wedge of the Laughing Cow cinnamon cream.  I quickly devoured my eggs and bacon, then simply enjoyed the English muffin.  Oh my goodness, that was delicious.  I love cinnamon so this was perfect.  After I ate my cat was staring at something outside and I couldn't see anything.  Finally a yellow Lab emerged and I realized that it was my "new" neighbors dog.  I went outside and called to her and she came to.  I rang their doorbell to advise them but no one came to the door.  I just put her in the backyard.  I wanted to explain to them that animal control drives up and down this neighborhood almost everyday so I wanted to warn them.  I felt bad for the dog because she doesn't know the area and I was afraid she would get lost, hit by a car or picked up.  This has been my adventure for the morning and now I must go do laundry.

Just a couple more days and I'm back on P2!!  I'm actually getting nervous, isn't that funny? I'm not to worried about the weight I gained overnight or over the weekend because I know that once I start P2, all that weight will drop in the first 48 to 72 hours of VLCD.

Sorry my peeps, I know y'all were anxiously awaiting my post yesterday, LOL!!  I didn't get to blog yesterday because I was in a bowling tournament all day.  I got up early, even though I got to sleep in, and stopped by Dollar General to check for my Palmolive to no avail.  I headed straight to Ft. Bliss after that and arrived at 9:15am.  I ordered breakfast there.  I ordered bacon and eggs and it cost me $3.95.  I thought it was just that, bacon and eggs.  When my order was ready it was bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast.  Not bad for that price.  I enjoyed everything on my plate except for 2 slices of toast which a teammate gladly took off my hands.  I also had a donut!!  We bowled great and took first place as a team and I made it as a finalist.  So I have two gorgeous trophies.  They Keglers that sponsored the tournament also fed us.  We had some type of pasta, I think it was suppose to be lasagna, a breadstick and salad.  There was also a cookie for dessert.  I ate everything but the cookie.  We were also given a pitcher of beer for free.  I didn't want to drink but once I had the taste, I couldn't stop.  Afterwards, we went over to a fellow Kegler's house because it was her birthday and her husband was nice enough to invite us.  While we were there, they ordered pizza.  I had 2 slices and more beer.  I didn't arrive home until 1 am.  I had to get up early today for our Kegler meeting.  When I got on the scale I was expecting a huge number and I got a surprise instead.  Same weight as yesterday, so tomorrow will be the shocker because I am already feeling bloated, swollen and puffy.  After I got up, I watered my palm trees, changed and headed to Wal*Mart before my meeting to get newspapers for the coupons.  There are some decent coupons for the dog food but other than that, nothing really that exciting for me.  Guess that is a good thing so I can control my spending for this month.  While I was attending my meeting at the bowling alley, my daughter text me that she had arrived and was waiting for me.  She decided to take the bus even though I offered to pick her up.  I think she just wanted to be independent and get there on her own.  Luckily we didn't have to bowl since hardly anyone showed up.  After leaving the bowling alley, I saw a semi truck advertising 20 ribeyes for $25.  I immediately pulled into the parking lot.  I had seen them there last week thinking that they were just here for the Memorial Day weekend and I didn't stop in.  They had other packages but I have no room in my freezer!!  The beef box they had contained filet mignons, T-bone steaks, steak burger patties, ribeyes and other cuts all for $189.  He said if you bought it he would throw in 2 boxes of ribeyes free.  That was a great deal but I have no room in my freezer.  They are Omaha steaks and they were frozen so it wasn't like he was just selling packaged meat from the semi in dark alley wearing a trenchcoat, LOL.  I would have liked to have bought that box but nowhere to store it.  Oh well.  My daughter and I came home, I offered her to get something to eat but she said she was tired and just wanted to come home.  After we arrived, she decided she was hungry so I cooked up some bacon and eggs.  She decided she didn't want eggs but I made some for myself and 2 slices of toast.  After we ate, we decided it was time for a nap.  She's still asleep.  Now I have to figure out what we are going to eat for dinner while I try and rehydrate myself.  Ribeyes??

Duh, my 3 weeks of P3 are done and I should be in P4.  We all know I haven't been sticking to P3 like I should but I'd rather eat as if I was still in P3 with my occasional cheats.  It works better for me for maintaining.  I just have a few days left and I'll be back on P2.  I'm considering this a planned interruption rather than a completed round since I'm hoping to do sublingual.

After I finished my blog entry yesterday, I went and laid down for a nap.  I must have slept deeply because I awoke thinking I was late for work because of all the light I was seeing.  After a few seconds, I realized I was taking a nap and fell back asleep without a problem.  I finally dragged myself out of bed around 5:30pm because I realized I had missed the local news and I still hadn't eaten dinner.  I started to cook my steak along with some Brussels sprouts and mushrooms.  I ate all my vegetables and about half of the steak.  Later I enjoyed a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter.  The bump in weight was because I had eaten rather late and weighed in at 4am.  I did weigh myself when I arrived home at 10:30am, and I was at yesterday's weight.  So since I get to sleep in tomorrow, I should see some better numbers unless I indulge in some cheat foods today.  I'm not sure if my daughter is coming home today or not, she was still debating last time we text.  I only worked half a day today so I left work at 9am.  I headed to the Tractor Supply Store to get my rabbit a larger water bottle however, they were completely out.  They may get some on Tuesday.  I did find some saddle soap and it was a pretty large tin, 12 oz. for $4.99.  That's pretty good since the one I bought at Wal*Mart was $5.25 for only 3.2 oz., so guess what I'm returning on Sunday or Monday.  I would do it tomorrow but I have a bowling tournament on base and that will be all day.  So after I went to the Tractor Supply Store, I went to Walgreen's to get my Merlot night cream with the free sample of moisturizer.  I thought it was eye cream, darn. I tried to pay with my register rewards but the cashier was kinda dumb.  I couldn't go to another Walgreen's because this store was the only one with the free sample.  She jipped me on one of my register rewards but I was too tired to argue with her.  Then I headed to Albertson's and that damn place was packed for 10am!!  I got my free eggs with a purchase of the bacon and a few other things that were on my list.  I came straight home because I also bought some ice cream, LOL. I put everything away as soon as I got home, changed and began cooking my brunch.  I had left over steak, so I cooked some bacon and 3 eggs over easy.  Now I sit here enjoying a Fat Boy and typing.  Luckily its early so I should be able to digest this.  Now I debate whether to take a nap, hands down the nap will win!!!  I'm still debating dinner, salmon patties or tacos.

Finally below my 2 pound window for P3 but I'm still not happy with it.  At least my weight is still going down.  I may have drank too much almond milk yesterday but I really want to finish it.  This is the regular version versus the unsweetened version I have in stock as well.  Last night I enjoyed a hamburger patty, (forgot to add flaxseed for my binder again) and I made a larger one for my BAB today.  I enjoyed both with quinoa.  I realized last night if you add plenty of butter, quinoa tastes like white rice with butter, just like my grandma used to make. My quinoa this morning did not have butter so it was very plain.  I had a rough day at work today with people just being dumb and pissing me off.  I may have pissed off some of them as well.  After work, I stopped my a Walgreen's on my way home to check for some Merlot cream.  I was looking for the one with the bonus eye cream sample but they didn't have any.  I was going to stop at Albertson's but decided it against it because tomorrow, I will be working only a half day, yay!!  I will be doing some shopping tomorrow.  I need to control my spending because money is quickly running out.  Unless I start selling my overstock and make some money!!  I also stopped by Dollar General and they still did not have the Palmolive I'm looking for so I'll check again tomorrow.  I came straight home and starting blogging.  I'm defrosting a steak and some ground beef since I can't decide what to make for dinner.  Duh, I forgot I had decided to make salmon patties for dinner.  Oh well, at least I have some choices now.  I'm getting closer to starting P2 again so I'm anxious and ready to go back to protocol but I need to get all this junk food out of the house before I begin.  I'm still on the fence of doing drops or just sticking to injections.  The drops will last me 30 days versus injections lasting 40 days. I have about 7 days to make up my mind.  I've never done the drops but since I'm starting P2 early, I may just have to do the drops.  I should say sublingual and not drops because I have real HCG.  I'm going to go argue with myself now about the method I'm going to do.

Carl's Jr. must follow my blog because every time I'm ready to start P2 again, they send me coupons in the mail.  Just to tease me, they included a free Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich with a purchase of a combo. Damn you Carl's Jr!!!

That's still a good drop considering how bad I did yesterday.  Since I didn't eat all day and finally at at around 4:30pm, I couldn't stop eating after I started.  I made my pork chops and some quinoa.  I completely forgot I had a 4 pound bag of quinoa, so I finally cooked some with some chopped asparagus.  After I ate I watched the local news and ended up falling asleep sitting up!! I was tired but didn't think I would fall asleep.  Luckily some asshole with a loud muffler drove by and woke me up, scared all my animals but woke me.  I did a few things around the house, played with the dog and cleaned up after my cats.  I forgot I was supposed to do laundry but luckily I found a clean pair of pants and a shirt so I was good for today.  Since I hadn't eaten all day, I ended up eating like there was no end in sight. I started with a glass of almond milk, and man was it sweet tasting, then  I ended up eating 3, yes 3, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and some of my "crackers".  I finally told myself to stop because it was late and I would regret it in the morning.  I wasn't that disappointed this morning since it was still a lower number than yesterday.  I remembered to have my BAB this morning to avoid that mess that I experienced yesterday.  It is a very good idea to have BAB everyday that you're not on P2 because it really helps later in the day to kill those late afternoon or evening cravings. So I learned my lesson. Oh, while I was packing my BAB this morning, I caught my cat trying to get into my Oreos.  I yelled at him of course, because he had gotten up on the table, but then I realized, he was just trying to help Mama stay focused on her "diet".  I apologized.

While at work today, I began checking on the grocery specials that start today.  I was happy to see that my almond milk is on sale for the whole month.  It's dairy month at Albertson's.  The yogurt is on sale too but I will avoid it because of the high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) used in them   Wal*Mart sells the full fat Greek yogurt that's better, no sugar and full fat.  So I had to go to Albertson's after work to get some deals before they're all gone by Friday.  Yes, I had one more coupon to use up for the refried beans.  I did also get some Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches because it was better for me to get the box of six versus the box of 18 at Sam's.  The turkey bacon is on sale all month, as well, 3 for $5.  I just like turkey bacon because it doesn't curl up as much as regular but it doesn't taste as great.  I need to start loading on Tuesday and Wednesday (work BBQ) and I'm back to P2.  I hadn't realized how long this planned interruption was but I'm ready for P2.  So basically I'll be spending my time eating was isn't allowed on P2 LOL.  I'm going to enjoy another glass of almond milk right now because I need to finish it and make room for more.  I may just have a small hamburger patty for dinner tonight and make a large one for BAB.  Now I'm off to get my coupons and specials organized.

I must have eaten rather late yesterday because I tossed and turned and didn't sleep very well.  I had eaten  4 eggs with chorizo for "breakfast".  I had ground beef defrosted so I made 2 hamburger patties with my flaxseed as the binder.  I also added a slice of cheese to each patty.  I ate the first patty with mayo and mustard.  I was able to eat the second one but I only put mustard.  I wasn't hungry after that.  I had been moving and grouping items around the house so I had my workout from moving all my cases of water, BBQ sauces, refried beans, Rotel and chick peas cans.  I need to make room in my kitchen for all this so I may end up donating some or giving some to my mother.  I went to bed somewhat early since I had to get up early for work.  I knew I would see a large number but I wasn't expecting that.  But that's what happens when you have to weigh in at 4am.  I took a can of tuna for lunch however I never got around to eating it.  While at work, I was busy looking for coupons on the Internet.  I found the Brawny paper towels coupons and these were for $1 off any 2 roll or larger pack so I printed 2.  I already had 2 printed up in my envelope.  After work I headed to Kmart to get my bargains.  I got 4 packs of the Brawny, I found some facial masks that were on sale 2/$3.  I also needed a new eyeshadow brush.  I found another coupon for the M&M's that were on sale yesterday but I know this store and they always forget to take down the sale sign.  So sure enough they had taken most of the signs off but they left one behind just for me!!  I just wanted to make sure I got over the $25 limit so I could qualify for the double coupons. So as I checked out, I kept an eye on the register, sure enough the candy rang up $3.29.  I kinda acted dumb and said "I thought those were 4 for $10?" She decided to check for herself and I told her that it was way on the other end of the store and she found an end cap near her register and luckily for me, it also still had the sign 2/$5.  I didn't get to look at it but I'm sure the expiration date was on there which was yesterday.  I watched her scan my coupons and I watched the screen to make sure they doubled and they did. So I got the paper towels for $3.97 a pack and the candy for 50 cents.  I'm unable to get zero balance at checkout because stores around here don't double coupons or they put restrictions like $25.00 limit.  So I take what I can get.  One time I purchased ball point pens that were on sale for 2/$1.  I had a $1 off 2 packages.  So they were free. I have shampoo that I also got for free since it was on sale for $1 and the coupon was for $1 off.  I've gotten popcorn for free and of course my recent purchase of razors.  So I can't complain too much because I have gotten some free items just not everything like they do on the show.

Okay I'm getting off my soapbox now and off to cook some pork chops!  (I'm starving now!)

I know I allowed myself to cheat yesterday but man I didn't think I went that crazy.  I did have those soupy tacos yesterday and I ate the last order for dinner.  I did enjoy some fudge covered birthday cake Oreos but I could only get 2 down, they were sooo sweet!!  I then had some double stuffed Oreos and I could only get 3 down.  I remember there was a time when I could eat the whole package in one sitting.  It's amazing how I was basically disgusted with myself after shoving the third one down my throat.  Since I was allowing myself to cheat I also indulged in a peanut butter and banana sandwich.  I only used half a banana and whole wheat bread.  I snacked on a few Cheetos but could only manage about a handful.  While watching Mermaids A Body Found on Animal Planet, I ate a snack bag of corn nuts.  It may not sound like a lot to some but I know it was all pure crap I ate yesterday.  So today, I'm grateful I did it because it just serves as a reminder of how I used to eat and that's why my weight was where it was before beginning the protocol.  I'm really excited because next week I go back into P2.  It's seems strange that I would be happy to be going back to the restricted part of the protocol but I really like only having to eat limited items and on a schedule.  Now that I'm free to enjoy what I want (no starch, no sugar), I seem to have a hard time enjoying it.  Doesn't that seem strange?  I have been able to enjoy pork chops, fatty chuck steaks, chicken thighs, cheese and kefir but I'm ready to go back to P2.

This morning I forgot to put on my lucky bracelet and I did have a rough morning.  I went to Lowe's Home Improvement to purchase some Bounty paper towels.  They had the 6-pack for $4.88.  As I entered the store they had a 12 pack of them for $10.00.  I have $1 off coupons for 6 pack or larger.   I had to break out my calculator to figure out which was the better buy.  I bought 3 of the 6-pack and I used 3 coupons so I paid $11.64 and got 18 rolls versus 12 for $9.  So I saved a little bit of money there.  I then went to Wal*Mart since its next door to them and purchased some cream cheese and some more Venus razors because I found 2 more coupons.  I debated about going to Kmart to get more paper towels and I kept telling myself no, you have enough, but I still got on the expressway to Kmart.  Kmart has the Brawny paper towels 6-pack for $5.97 and I had $1 off coupons as well.  I got 3 packs and I found the Mardi Gras napkins for $1.99, I had 55 cents off coupons for these.  I also had $1 off the M&M's package.  Since I didn't read the coupons correctly turns out the Brawny coupons was $1 off 2, 2 roll or larger.  Duh!!  Anyway, as I was checking out, the register went ahead and doubled my coupons, yeah baby!!  I didn't think it would because it was only for $25 or more in health, beauty and grocery merchandise.  I don't think anything that I bought was any of those items but hey, I'm not gonna argue with the register.  So I may go back tomorrow and get 4 more packs of the paper towels but I'll need to figure out what else to get to get me over the $25 limit to qualify for the double coupons. Oh what, I think I have an Internet coupon somewhere for them paper towels and that will get me over the limit if I buy 6.  Then I can get $1 off each package after doubling.  After I left there, I went to another Dollar General looking for the 90 oz. Palmolive they're advertising for $4, since I have coupons for it, but I have been unsuccessful finding it and this store was no different.  They all have the 90oz. Ajax but my coupons expired for those.  I finally just came home.  I really need to color my hair.

Now I sit here and debate what to have for dinner.  I have ground beef defrosted so I can make a hamburger patty and cook my pork chops for my BAB for tomorrow morning.  Dr. Oz is on the cover of First magazine and he toting how flaxseed is something essential we should all incorporate into our daily diets.  I know that but I get tired of making smoothies everyday.  As I read the suggested menus, he had a recipe for meatballs.  It dawned on me that every time I make my hamburger patties, I should be using my ground flaxseed as a binder, duh!!  So guess what I'll be finally doing to my hamburger patty tonight. Now I'm off to watch the Hoarder Buried Alive marathon and get ready for the new Extreme Couponing episode tonight!!

I took a nice 3 hour nap yesterday then I felt extra lazy after I awoke.  There was hardly anything to watch on TV and I really didn't feel like cooking.  I ended up snacking on about 2 tablespoons full of peanut butter.  I went to bed by 10pm.

Guess my body was used to the Saturday cheats because I did not drop hardly anything probably because I didn't eat anything either.  I didn't cheat yesterday so I could cheat today.  Or I am definitely ovulating.  I awoke today with hip pain, the same pain I used to get when I was heavier.  Needless to say, I woke up originally at 5am but felt that was too early, especially for my day off.  I tried to go back to sleep but that was only for about 45 minutes.  I tried again but finally dragged myself out of bed around 6:30am, since my cat obviously knew I was awake and she was shaking my door for me to get up. I also went ahead and got up so I could water my front yard.  I watered and trimmed back my lantanas since they were starting to block the walkway.  I tried to trim my palm trees however they are too tall now and I can't reach them.  I came inside and had some coffee and looked over the specials for the new week.  Nothing really caught my eye but I ended up going to Wal*Mart so use up my last 3 coupons for the BBQ sauce.  I also found some Venus razors that were pretty inexpensive and I had 2, $2 off coupons for them.  I also bought some Angus beef Nathan's franks.  Then I came home and reviewed the rest of the ads.  I saw that CompUSA ad and they had a 32GB flash drive on sale for $19.99.  It was already 9:30am so I headed out and drove straight there.  I arrived in 20 minutes taking the long route.  They allowed everyone in early but I knew where I had to go.  Needless to say I forgot my ad so I didn't have the coupon. The cashier was helpful but her computer was working like mine, very, very slow.  Since I didn't have my ad, I had to go and look for one at a convenience store.  OK, I just borrowed the CompUSA ad since the store didn't have any.  I went back and the cashier was waiting for me since I had her hold the item for me.  Now I know it might sound a little crazy that I went that early and did what I did but this store is infamous for not having the item later in the day.  I've gone to that store at 3pm and they were always out of the flash drives I was looking for.  These flash drives are usually only on sale Sunday & Monday and they are always out of them by the time I arrive. I also noticed that they only had 3 or 4 in stock.  So this time, I made sure I was one of the first ones in the store.  Now I feel bad because I should have bought my daughter a wireless router for my mother's house, ooops!!  After I got my flash drive (very happy now), I drove to Dollar General to get some dish soap that was on sale.  I couldn't find it so the cashier was nice enough to go look in the back.  She could only find the Ajax and not the Palmolive.  I had a coupon and she gave me the bad news.  My coupon was expired!!  Ugh, how stupid of me and man was I embarrassed.  Since I was so embarrassed, I bought the darn thing anyway.  I really wanted the Palmolive because I know those coupons are still good.  I drove to that food place and bought my soupy tacos.  I bought 3 orders of tacos and 1 order of french fries.  I stopped at another Dollar General and they too didn't have the Palmolive, even after looking in the "back".  They told me to try later today or even tomorrow because it may be in the stockroom hidden somewhere.  I have till the end of the week and my coupons don't expire until June 8th.  I got home by 11:30am and started eating my soupy tacos.  I could only get 2 orders down and the fries.  I forgot how these soupy tacos "clean" me out.  I've already had a trip to the bathroom and have "evacuated" anything in their way.  So as I sit here and type, I try to find something to watch on television just to get out of cleaning my kitchen, LOL.  Since I don't have a three day weekend like most people, I have to make do with my time off.  On a good note, I do get a three day weekend this weekend coming up.  Saturday I have a bowling tournament and that takes all day.  Haha, I found an all day marathon of Doomsday Preppers and Criminal Minds.

I know I allowed myself my cheat day today but I already feel horrible after eating those tacos.  I realize now how much my mentality and physical need for food has changed.  I used to eat like this before but now I feel yucky and I feel a headache coming on.  My allergies have also been stirred.  It takes cheat days to realize how bad I used to feel by the junk foods I used to normally eat.  Now I sit here and enjoy a Klondike bar.  Have a great day and enjoy your weekend.

I knew it was too good to be true.  I adjusted my scale yesterday and when I stepped on it this morning and saw the huge jump, I figured it was the scale being off.  I knew I ate a bit more than normal yesterday but nothing off protocol.  Just maybe that my chicken last night may have been over seasoned.  I also had some creamed spinach so who knows what happened yesterday.  My BAB consisted of 3 chicken thighs this morning.  Since my partner is out, no Mexican pastries so no cheating as of yet.  I am debating whether to go ahead and have my cheat day or just wait till tomorrow.  I know that when I wake tomorrow, my weight will be down only because I get to sleep in as long as I don't cheat today.  However, I just got a craving for some soupy tacos that are sold at an exclusive place here in town. Ugh, I don't know what to do.  I was able to escape on time today from work.  I ran a quick errand to Kmart during my shift to get some more Oreos.  I don't know why I keep buying them, I'm not eating them.  So if I decide to cheat, I will be having some.  Whataburger even sounds good, haven't had that in forever it seems like.  Today was just as uneventful as yesterday.  I know I'm just stress craving because of all the work I've had to do the past 3 days but as long as I'm just thinking about, it's not causing me any harm.  I slept very well last night, so well, that I awoke at some point and checked the clock because I felt that I had overslept.  Turns out, I had only been asleep for about an hour.  I fell back asleep, and awoke again because I thought for sure, I overslept, it was midnight.  Then I awoke again at 2am, sleeping soundly each time.  I heard my phone ring as if I had received a text, so I figured it was already 4am but when I checked my phone it was 2:55am.  It was my daughter explaining to me that someone had rang the doorbell and if she could call the police.  I kinda ignored the text and awoke finally at 3:45 am and responded.  She was upset because as she put it, she was half dead now since I responded so late. She didn't answer the door so I explained to her that it was probably some punk kids with nothing better to do than bother people at that ridiculous hour.

I feel I'm ovulating as well because I felt that twinge on my left side so maybe that's adding to my bump in weight.  I'm off to ponder what to eat or do about today but first, a nap!!

The scale is being very, very generous.  I hope these numbers are true.  When I got home I did step on it but I noticed it was a bit askew.  So I hope after adjusting it that it hasn't been lying to me these last few days.  I am really shocked to see another drop.  After today though, there may be a gain.  I did enjoy a bit of steak for BAB.  Later I snacked on some walnuts.  Around 11am, I drank what was left of my kefir smoothie.  Another department was having their payday potluck.  I always invite myself, LOL.  They had salpicon, charro beans, jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, pasta and potato salad.  I enjoyed a bit of salpicon, pork rinds and some jalapeno poppers. Those poppers were delish!!  They were obviously P3 friendly since it was just a halved jalapeno, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.  Salpicon is just brisket with different cuts of veggies and lime juice.  This one didn't have avocado which is traditional but it was omitted.  I had a dessert plate serving with all three items not a regular size plate.  I got out of work late again because technically my partner is out with an injury and I have to work alone which means I have to answer the window, answer the phones and answer the radio while trying to notarize every one's paperwork and take reports.  Of course all this happens at the same time!!  At least I have been able to submit for overtime these last couple of days so I'll see an extra 10 dollars in my paycheck in 2 weeks LOL. When I finally left, I was able to get to Kmart to buy my double stuffed Oreos since with my Rewards card I could get them for $2.38 each.  From there, I walked over to Albertson's and it was fairly empty of customers.  I got some more BBQ sauce because I found more coupons, some refried beans (yes I found my coupons) and some Rotel canned tomatoes and chile.  I also had a Monopoly instant winner coupon for a free package of Johnsonville Brats or Sausage. I grabbed a package of Cheddar brats because I couldn't find the right size stated on the coupon.  Anyway, I checked out and it wouldn't take the coupon, he checked it and told me I got the wrong one.  I explained to him that this was the only Johnsonville sausage they had and the rope sausage was only Hillshire Farms.  He gave me the cheddar ones free with my coupon.  So after paying, I came straight home.  I drove by a couple of houses and they still haven't picked up their Spanish papers.  So tomorrow morning, I will be visiting their driveways.  After I got home I realized I left the chicken thighs out overnight and all day, so I have to cook those today!!

I haven't been napping so I have been sleeping like a log.  Last night I went to bed and awoke a few minutes before the alarm.  Tomorrow will be no fun because my partner is out and he's the one that usually takes the Mexican pastries on Saturday, so no cheating tomorrow.  I'll have to save my cheat day for Sunday.

YAY, UPS just delivered my packages.  I forgot I ordered these items 2 days ago.  I'm enjoying my Amazon Prime Membership.  I just got lucky that a couple of items I ordered qualified.  Now I'm off to fry in the kitchen. Pun intended.

Wow, the scale decided to be nice to me today and kept the weight from when I weighed myself after getting home yesterday.  I thought it would have been a bit higher since I ate two chicken thighs (cooked in lard and coconut oil) and half an avocado for dinner. It was a bit late for me to be eating.  I just don't like going to bed feeling stuffed.  My BAB this morning consisted of two more chicken thighs.  The guys at work are so confused but I don't care.  They say stuff like you're always eating!!  I tell them, I need to eat!!  Or they say, why are you eating chicken at 6am!!  I tell them because I need protein this early in the morning.  I guess somewhere along the line I forgot to mention that I also take CLA 1500mg (2 capsules) with each meal.  I think that has been helping as well. As I am now sitting one pound below my LIW.

I left work late today, almost an hour over what I normally work.  I was pissed.  I was taking a report, which should have only been a half hour, but the lady was really upset and distraught so I allowed her to vent.  Then my supervisor stated to me that I had to stay and finish the report.  It wasn't an emergency report, so I stayed because I didn't want him to get upset with me.  After I finally left work, I headed to Wal*Mart to price check some items before heading to Albertson's.  I saw that male cashier from yesterday.   I wanted to give him the coupon I had before I forgot or by the time I found everything I was looking for, he would be gone or doing something else.  So I walked up behind him and he said hi.  I explained to him that I had an "extra" coupon for the BBQ sauce and I wanted him to have it. His face lit up.  I reminded him to price match it and get his free BBQ sauce.  He was so happy.  I remembered I had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to look for some Cutter candles that I had a $1 off coupon for.  I found the candles and they were 97 cents.  So yes, I got those free.  I remembered that the strawberries were also on sale, just for today, for 99 cents, limit 2.  So I got my limit.  The bananas were also on the one day sale of 3 lbs. for 99 cents.  I got a small bunch.  I know bananas aren't for P3 but I want them for my smoothies, just a little bit.  So after I found all the items I was looking for, I went back to my male cashier since he was finishing up his last customer.  He was laughing because I put my 2 containers of strawberries down and he commented that a male customer had gotten upset with him because he explained to him that there was a limit.  I don't know what that customer did but the cashier just laughed it off, afterwards of course.  He price matched everything for me and he asked me if I had coupons for the candles and I said yes.  He just smiled.  He knew that I was going to get those for free.  I paid and left and I reminded him again to redeem his coupon because that flavor was running low.  He stated that as soon as he got off work, he was going to do his shopping.  I drove home and as I turned onto my street, I saw that 2 houses had not picked up those Spanish papers and one house had two papers.  I made it my mission to get home, empty my car, change and walk this neighborhood.  It was freaking hot!!  I managed to find five papers and one was from last week!!  So now I sit here and debate what to have for dinner and clip more coupons.

Oh how I love when I cheat on the weekends and at the start of the week, I just eat clean, that excess weight will come off on its own without a "correction" day.  Now I'm not advocating cheating but it is what I have done and have been able to discipline myself the rest of the week.  Granted I am trying to maintain my LIW which is exactly what I'm doing.  Let me say, of all rounds I've done in the past, this is the first time I have been able to maintain.  I did the protocol back in 2007 and I got down to 154, but soon was right back where I began.  I only blame myself and not being able to control my emotional eating and the fact that if my daughter was eating something, I wanted it too, knowing it was bad for her and myself.  Now that she is technically out of my house, I am in better control of my eating habits.

Dinner yesterday consisted of brussel sprouts swimming in butter sauce and a slider size hamburger patty.  I wanted to eat light since I had indulged in that Klondike bar.  Later I realized that I had kefir just sitting in my fridge so I made a strawberry smoothie with whey protein and egg white protein. My strawberries were fresh but for some unknown reason were frozen in the fridge, so is my fresh spinach and cucumbers, hmmm.   I realized after I made it that I should have added flaxseed so I added that after and nearly made a mess.  I didn't realize that all that kefir would make so much with the strawberries.  Needless to say, I filled one blender bottle full and then added the flaxseed and blended again.  That filled another blender bottle full.  I still had about 8 ounces left so I drank it.  Man was it tangy, LOL.  So I decided that that would be my breakfast and lunch for today.  I also packed a few Macadamia nuts to add more fat to my liquid meal.  When I looked in the fridge this morning, the first bottle I filled, had nearly shrunk by half, ugh.  Guess all the air that had been incorporated while blending, deflated.  However, the one with the flaxseed stayed pretty full.  I took that one to work and drank that most of the morning and snacked on my Macadamia nuts.  I wasn't hungry throughout the morning even though I didn't start drinking it till about 9am.  As you can guess, I didn't cook my chicken thighs last night.  I was pretty tired and didn't feel like cooking but blending a smoothie was much easier.  So today, I will cook those chicken thighs (again).  I still have more kefir in the fridge but I need to strain it, that takes some time.

So, after work I decided to get my shopping done early since I had plenty of coupons to use up.  The BBQ sauce is on sale at Albertson's for $1, and I have $1 off coupon, so yes it's free.  I have 26 coupons for it.  I redeemed 24 of them today and 4 different stores as to not deplete one store completely.  Also, if I waited till the weekend, some other extreme couponer will beat me to the punch and I won't be able to redeem those coupons.  That's exactly what happened to me last year so I didn't want that to happen again!!  So I technically have 2 coupons left but I drove by a house and they still haven't picked up that paper, so guess what I'm doing on my way to work tomorrow, the same thing I did this morning, picking them up!!  I just found my refried beans coupons that I couldn't find so there will be another shopping trip tomorrow.  One cashier at Wal*Mart was too funny.  He tried to joke with me about how I couldn't price match and use coupons, I had a dumbfounded look on my face and then he said he was kidding.  He didn't believe me that the BBQ sauce was on sale so I showed him on the ad.  He rang up all my items and then I handed him my coupons.  He looked at them and said, "that's not fair, you're getting these for free!!"  I told him to keep his voice down because people would catch on!!  We both laughed.  He told me he wanted to try the flavor I bought, Raspberry Chipotle, but I hesitated giving him a coupon because of the customers behind me.  I will go back and give him a coupon just because he was so helpful and understanding.  I finally made it home and of course, I got on the scale.  Again, it was very kind, 158.8! Ugh if it would only stay there for tomorrow morning or less would be even better.  As I sit here typing, I continue to munch on a few Macadamia nuts to hold me over until I can get my butt in the kitchen to cook those chicken thighs!!

I have to admit, I stepped on the scale after I arrived home today.  It was very kind, it said 160.0, which I'm sure will change by tomorrow morning.  I had a pork chop for BAB this morning and nothing else, except coffee.  After work, I drove to a Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market which was out of the 18 count eggs.  So I left and went to the nearest Supercenter.  Surprise, they were out of them too.  I bought a few razors and deodorant with coupons of course and drove to the next Supercenter.  Shockingly, they were out of the eggs as well.  The male worker at this one advised me that it was the cashiers fault for not limiting customers like the other competitor store did.  So needless to say, I'm walked out of every Wal*Mart eggless and paper towel less.  Another confession is as I was shopping U felt I  needed comfort food so I bought a loaf of bread because I"m craving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and Klondike mint chocolate chip bars.  Actually I could do without the jelly.  So as I sit here typing, I have indulged in a heaping tablespoon of creamy peanut butter after I wolfed down a Klondike bar.  That's when I had stepped on the scale and saw that amazing number.  Now I feel completely guilty for indulging in those evil items.  I may just cook up those chicken thighs and have one or two for dinner. My weight seemed high this morning but that's what happens when you have to weigh in at 4am when the last couple of days, I didn't weigh in until after 7am.

Work was pretty boring today and I'm sure tomorrow will be no better since my guys will be in training all day and I will have to deal with a whole new set of men, for one day at least.  Now I'm off to scour the store ads for tomorrow's specials and debate with myself about dinner since I always change my mind from typing what I say I'm going to cook from when I actually get around to cooking.

Oh, dinner last night was a huge hamburger patty with a slice of Muenster cheese and a frozen cucumber and spinach salad with bleu cheese dressing and flaxseed.  I say frozen cucumber because when I was slicing the cucumber, I noticed that it sat too close the wall of the fridge and it was frozen along that side.  I gave some to my rabbit and he loved it.  Guess it helped him cool off a bit.  Ok, now I'm getting off the computer!!

It takes a while but all that munching this weekend finally caught up to me.  For dinner yesterday I decided to indulge in a few Nathan's hot dogs, no bun, just the franks.  Yes, I managed to polish off the whole package, not in one sitting of course but 4 for lunch and 4 for dinner.  I won't be doing that again.  I woke up with such a headache that I can only attribute that to all the nitrites in those franks.  My eyes were even puffy and still are, as well as my feet. I was feeling very sore too from climbing up and down the ladder.  I did get up at 3am this morning to scour the neighborhood for unwanted Spanish newspapers.  The coupons are awesome!!  I came back and checked my phone and realized that the last text I thought I sent my daughter, never sent, it was still waiting there for me to send it.  I text her an apology and she replied back!!  I didn't think she would be up but she was.  It was finally around 5am when we both went to sleep.  I woke up again around 8am to shop at the Wal*Mart Supercenter.  I ate a pork chop before I went and some coffee.  My A/C decided to act up last night so I needed to get some items for that too.  I managed to find some razors for $2.88 and I had a $3 off coupon for them so I got them for free and 12 cent credit for each package!!!  I went in a second time with a different cashier and got 4 more for free!!! I couldn't believe that this Wal*Mart was completely out of the 18 count eggs, sheesh.  I stopped in at Lowe's Hardware store to look for A/C stuff but found Greenworks dish soap on clearance for $1.53, so I bought 2.  I came home and tried to work on the A/C but it decided to behave, ugh after all the trouble I went through to get the ladder, get on the roof, have all my tools ready and it behaves.  I think when I put the side panel back on, it moved the pump against the float which caused it to stay "on".  I moved it and checked everything again so we'll see later what happens.  It's not that hot right now but it will be later. After that ordeal, I sat down and started clipping coupons.  I decided to go back to Wal*Mart since I still had 6 coupons left for those razors.  I also had coupons for the Lady Speedstick for 50 cents off any size or $1 off the large size only.  I checked the price of both and decided on the smaller one since they were 98 cents and 50 cents off,  I paid 48 cents per deodorant. The large ones were $1.98 and with a $1 off, I still pay 98 cents each.  I'm sure the dollar store with have them on sale soon so I can wait a bit on those.  Now I just wait for Albertson's to put the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on sale, hopefully on Wednesday.

I guess dinner today with be a hamburger patty with a bit of cheese. I may have some diced cucumbers with bleu cheese dressing on the side and sprinkled with flaxseed.   I still have a pork chop left over, but I'll take that for BAB tomorrow.  I still have a steak and chicken thighs in the fridge that a defrosting slowing for later. this week.

I wanted to blog earlier however, I needed to get to Albertson's before it got extremely busy.  I did arrive just before 8 am and the parking lot was empty, so that was good for me.  I didn't want to buy eggs today so I opted for 4 Powerades and 4 Jolly Time popcorn since you buy 8 you get $4 off.  I also picked up some Brawny paper towels (bad girl) since those were on sale too and I had coupons of course.  For the popcorn too.  The cashier didn't seem to enthusiastic as she tried to convince me to get 4 more Powerades for the sale price.  I explained to her that the popcorn was part of the deal and she kinda got pissed.  It's not my fault that she didn't even know her own ad.  I bought some Quaker oatmeal bowls that I had coupons for that expire today but this is the only store I could find them at and they are expensive.  Good thing I only had 3 coupons.  From there I went to Wal*Mart to check for some things but they don't carry what I was looking for.  I didn't even find the razors I have coupons for.  So I really only ended up buying flavor cubes.  Sigh.  I got home and debated working on my air conditioner, I debated for 2 hours and finally got started around noon.  It took me three hours because I could not find the darn fan belt anywhere.  I finally had to drive to Wal*mart and buy a new one.  I think I threw out last year only I just don't remember, it was over seven months ago when I winterized the darn thing.

Since I was over a bit of my LIW, I went ahead and had my free Saturday.  After I blogged yesterday, I made myself a cup of coffee and had 2 Mexican pastries.  Then it was nap time.  I slept for 2 hours soundly.  I finally got up and just felt tired.  There was nothing to watch on TV so I just was channel surfing for hours. I started munching on my "crackers" and also indulged in a Blue Bunny personal super brownie ice cream and a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich.  I started texting my daughter.  We text till about 11pm when I fell asleep and didn't respond to her.  I'm sure she figured I fell asleep since she thinks I'm old.  I must have been pretty tired because the only thing that woke me was my cats fighting at 2:30am and I had to get up to see what was going on.  I went back to bed and didn't wake till 7am because the sun was reflecting directly into my face from my bathroom window.  Good thing because I wouldn't have made it to Albertson's.  I wanted to go to Sprouts as well, but decided not to because I needed to work on my air conditioner.  Today was 93 degrees, the coolest it will be all week.  We are suppose to hit 103 on Wednesday but I'm ready now.

I have been pretty bad today.  For breakfast, after shopping, I had 2 cups of coffee with half & half and coconut milk, and a large pork chop.  After working on the air conditioner, I decided to splurge and I had Nathan's hot dogs on flax and oat pita.  I also had a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich and a few potato chips, very few.  I have all this healthy stuff in the fridge but I just decided to be bad today and yesterday, LOL.  It will bite me in the ass very soon.  I have two weeks to go before getting back onto P2 so I need to start behaving.  I don't want to gain more weight and have to fight to take that off too.

I wasn't expecting to see that this morning.  I guess my omelet last night was a bit much or I ate it too late.  It could have been a many different things, the "crackers", the Crappuccino, the dried plums with flaxseed, my omelet of asparagus, radishes, chorizo, eggs and cheese.  Since I had so many things, a bit different from the day before, it's hard for me to pinpoint what the culprit was.

Today for my BAB was two large boneless pork chops and a whole avocado, coffee with half & half and coconut milk.  I've hardly had any water because I started running around to do my shopping.  I went by this grocery store by work because they had the Ajax laundry detergent for $1.99 and I got a pineapple too.  I want to make a pineapple mask for my face so I'll use some for that purpose.  The rest will go into my kefir smoothie that I have yet to make.  I then drove to Walgreen's to use some of my Optic White coupons and get my register rewards for it as well.  They finally had the Refreshers so I used my last coupon for it.  I went back to work and silly me, I locked my keys in the car.  I finally managed to get someone to help me and we got the dang thing open so I could retrieve my keys.  I left work at noon and came straight home.  I didn't want to visit anymore stores and spend more money.  So now I sit here debating whether to take a nap or clean the kitchen.  I think the nap is going to win hands down, or should I say, heads down.

I had to step on the scale twice this morning and I moved it to make sure it was level and not playing tricks on me.  I truly was not expecting to see a drop, its a small drop but it's a drop.  Work is kinda slow so I began my post at work before I forgot what I wanted to say.  My BAB this morning consisted of a very large pork chop and a whole avocado.  I had a granny smith apple for a snack later.  I wasn't really hungry but because I saw I had it, I ate it, besides it was good for me rather than a bag of chips or a candy bar, right?  Well, dinner last night was 3 eggs with chorizo and radishes with a small slice of Muenster cheese, all cooked in butter and coconut oil.

After work I went to Walgreen's, still looking for my Refreshers and this store did not have them.  I made the cashier feel somewhat guilty so she allowed me to use my two $2.00 off Loreal products.  So I drove to the closest grocery store and they had the Starbucks Frappuccinos on sale for $3.99 with the purchase of two of them.  That was fine with me because I had a coupon for $2 off of two packs, so I bought 4.  I had checked the expiration dates and some had June but I found the August date.  The cashier was staring at the coupons for what seemed like forever.  I guess she couldn't believe the good coupons or she was trying to determine if they were fake, who knows.  She did make a comment that the coupons expire tomorrow and I knew that, that why I was buying them today, duh!! I then went to another Walgreen's that on my way home because I knew they had the Refreshers, so I got 3 since they were free!!  I still ended up getting a register reward for another free one and another reward for $3.00 off my next purchase.  Oh, I forgot, the "guilty" cashier had told me that the toothpaste was on sale and I kinda shot her a look like what are you trying to tell me?  I asked her which toothpaste and it was the Optic White and that the sale ends tomorrow but I could still get my register rewards for them.  I told her I would be back tomorrow because I had coupons at home.  She told me that I had to go back to her tomorrow, LOL.  After my trip to the second Walgreen's, I went to my Wal*Mart (that I hate), and got the last two packs of the Frappuccinos since I only had one coupon left.  I also picked up some razors that I had $3 off of.  The cashier started giving me a hard time because basically, she didn't know how to read the coupon.  She explained to me that I could only use one coupon per purchase, in which she was correct but I had two coupons for two packages of razors.  I explained to her that there was a limit of 4 like coupons for each shopping trip but she insisted she was right.  I didn't want to continue arguing with her so I asked for the coupon back and to remove the item.  I paid for my other items and then she rang up the other package of razors separately, so I quickly paid and left.  I thought she was going to make me go get back in line but she didn't. I wish these cashiers would learn to read, I know they know how to read but they don't comprehend what they read. So I really should say, I wish they would learn to comprehend what they read.  As I sit here trying to type and venting my frustrations, I'm munching on my "crackers" and a Crappuccino, yes, you read that right.

I think for dinner I will do the eggs again. Not because I'm trying to play it safe, it's just that I have sooooo many eggs and they are on sale again.  Thanks to BAB, I'm usually not that hungry for dinner anyway, so I just eat the eggs so that I don't start binging at 9pm before I go to bed.  I think that was all the excitement I've had so far today.  Yesterday evening wasn't that great.  I was really tired and everything was going wrong.  I tried to plug in my new Scentsy warmer, and the bulb blew out within the first 30 seconds of me turning it on.  So I removed the bulb and I was going to replace it with the one I had in the living room, then I couldn't find the damn burnt bulb.  Later, I was going to throw out the trash so I pulled the bag of the bin and placed it on the floor so I could tie the top, then my foot felt wet.  I lifted the bag and saw this nasty brown liquid all over the floor and it was still dripping, yuck.  I couldn't think straight by this time so I grabbed some old newspaper and put it underneath the bag.  I finally got the bag outside and threw it out along with all the cat and dog crap.  After that ordeal, I went straight to my room and laid down.  My daughter and I were texting but she knew what time it was and left me alone.  Let's see what tonight holds in store for me.  I need to sort through my coupons and clip the toothpaste ones.  I'm getting off an hour early tomorrow because of my "training" yesterday and off to shop I will go!!
