Are you ready for P2 again? Are you going to try to do this P2 without deviations? It's hard, but it's kind of necessary to have the mindset that "cheating is not an option" and then just turn off all visual input when forbidden food is around. Just pretend you've got blinders on and walk right on by those donuts... (and CHIPS!)<BR/>I have learned how to go into our monthly birthday celebration meetings where they have a whole tableful of sliced cake on plates and just think "that food is not for me, it's for THOSE people. I can have some when I'm done with P2"...<BR/>And that works MOST of the time. When I'm feeling weak, I just don't go to the meetings and avoid the situation.<BR/>Whoops I just realized I'm writing a book here, but I am really hoping you do well when you go back to P2.
