Today is finally my official first VLCD day. So far I haven't experienced any hunger and my coworker has been out, so I haven't had any offers for food. Tonight may be difficult because I have bowling and there is always some delicious smelling food around not to mention BEER!!! I can have one mini Michelob Ultra at least.

I was on Facebook yesterday and found out my 20th high school reunion was last month!! I hope they have another one later this year. They did post pictures and everyone looks different, if you know what I mean. I'm happy though because I was able to connect with some friends that I haven't spoken to since high school.
