I forgot to blog yesterday, but just to let you know I lost 1/2 a pound yesterday and today I'm still at the same weight. I went ahead and mixed a new batch of HCG since the last bottle seems (to me) that it has lost its potency. Let's see what the scale has to tell me tomorrow.
