R3P4D2 Dropping Slowly Back To LIW

Finally below my 2 pound window for P3 but I'm still not happy with it.  At least my weight is still going down.  I may have drank too much almond milk yesterday but I really want to finish it.  This is the regular version versus the unsweetened version I have in stock as well.  Last night I enjoyed a hamburger patty, (forgot to add flaxseed for my binder again) and I made a larger one for my BAB today.  I enjoyed both with quinoa.  I realized last night if you add plenty of butter, quinoa tastes like white rice with butter, just like my grandma used to make. My quinoa this morning did not have butter so it was very plain.  I had a rough day at work today with people just being dumb and pissing me off.  I may have pissed off some of them as well.  After work, I stopped my a Walgreen's on my way home to check for some Merlot cream.  I was looking for the one with the bonus eye cream sample but they didn't have any.  I was going to stop at Albertson's but decided it against it because tomorrow, I will be working only a half day, yay!!  I will be doing some shopping tomorrow.  I need to control my spending because money is quickly running out.  Unless I start selling my overstock and make some money!!  I also stopped by Dollar General and they still did not have the Palmolive I'm looking for so I'll check again tomorrow.  I came straight home and starting blogging.  I'm defrosting a steak and some ground beef since I can't decide what to make for dinner.  Duh, I forgot I had decided to make salmon patties for dinner.  Oh well, at least I have some choices now.  I'm getting closer to starting P2 again so I'm anxious and ready to go back to protocol but I need to get all this junk food out of the house before I begin.  I'm still on the fence of doing drops or just sticking to injections.  The drops will last me 30 days versus injections lasting 40 days. I have about 7 days to make up my mind.  I've never done the drops but since I'm starting P2 early, I may just have to do the drops.  I should say sublingual and not drops because I have real HCG.  I'm going to go argue with myself now about the method I'm going to do.

Carl's Jr. must follow my blog because every time I'm ready to start P2 again, they send me coupons in the mail.  Just to tease me, they included a free Oreo cookie ice cream sandwich with a purchase of a combo. Damn you Carl's Jr!!!

That's still a good drop considering how bad I did yesterday.  Since I didn't eat all day and finally at at around 4:30pm, I couldn't stop eating after I started.  I made my pork chops and some quinoa.  I completely forgot I had a 4 pound bag of quinoa, so I finally cooked some with some chopped asparagus.  After I ate I watched the local news and ended up falling asleep sitting up!! I was tired but didn't think I would fall asleep.  Luckily some asshole with a loud muffler drove by and woke me up, scared all my animals but woke me.  I did a few things around the house, played with the dog and cleaned up after my cats.  I forgot I was supposed to do laundry but luckily I found a clean pair of pants and a shirt so I was good for today.  Since I hadn't eaten all day, I ended up eating like there was no end in sight. I started with a glass of almond milk, and man was it sweet tasting, then  I ended up eating 3, yes 3, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and some of my "crackers".  I finally told myself to stop because it was late and I would regret it in the morning.  I wasn't that disappointed this morning since it was still a lower number than yesterday.  I remembered to have my BAB this morning to avoid that mess that I experienced yesterday.  It is a very good idea to have BAB everyday that you're not on P2 because it really helps later in the day to kill those late afternoon or evening cravings. So I learned my lesson. Oh, while I was packing my BAB this morning, I caught my cat trying to get into my Oreos.  I yelled at him of course, because he had gotten up on the table, but then I realized, he was just trying to help Mama stay focused on her "diet".  I apologized.

While at work today, I began checking on the grocery specials that start today.  I was happy to see that my almond milk is on sale for the whole month.  It's dairy month at Albertson's.  The yogurt is on sale too but I will avoid it because of the high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) used in them   Wal*Mart sells the full fat Greek yogurt that's better, no sugar and full fat.  So I had to go to Albertson's after work to get some deals before they're all gone by Friday.  Yes, I had one more coupon to use up for the refried beans.  I did also get some Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches because it was better for me to get the box of six versus the box of 18 at Sam's.  The turkey bacon is on sale all month, as well, 3 for $5.  I just like turkey bacon because it doesn't curl up as much as regular but it doesn't taste as great.  I need to start loading on Tuesday and Wednesday (work BBQ) and I'm back to P2.  I hadn't realized how long this planned interruption was but I'm ready for P2.  So basically I'll be spending my time eating was isn't allowed on P2 LOL.  I'm going to enjoy another glass of almond milk right now because I need to finish it and make room for more.  I may just have a small hamburger patty for dinner tonight and make a large one for BAB.  Now I'm off to get my coupons and specials organized.

I must have eaten rather late yesterday because I tossed and turned and didn't sleep very well.  I had eaten  4 eggs with chorizo for "breakfast".  I had ground beef defrosted so I made 2 hamburger patties with my flaxseed as the binder.  I also added a slice of cheese to each patty.  I ate the first patty with mayo and mustard.  I was able to eat the second one but I only put mustard.  I wasn't hungry after that.  I had been moving and grouping items around the house so I had my workout from moving all my cases of water, BBQ sauces, refried beans, Rotel and chick peas cans.  I need to make room in my kitchen for all this so I may end up donating some or giving some to my mother.  I went to bed somewhat early since I had to get up early for work.  I knew I would see a large number but I wasn't expecting that.  But that's what happens when you have to weigh in at 4am.  I took a can of tuna for lunch however I never got around to eating it.  While at work, I was busy looking for coupons on the Internet.  I found the Brawny paper towels coupons and these were for $1 off any 2 roll or larger pack so I printed 2.  I already had 2 printed up in my envelope.  After work I headed to Kmart to get my bargains.  I got 4 packs of the Brawny, I found some facial masks that were on sale 2/$3.  I also needed a new eyeshadow brush.  I found another coupon for the M&M's that were on sale yesterday but I know this store and they always forget to take down the sale sign.  So sure enough they had taken most of the signs off but they left one behind just for me!!  I just wanted to make sure I got over the $25 limit so I could qualify for the double coupons. So as I checked out, I kept an eye on the register, sure enough the candy rang up $3.29.  I kinda acted dumb and said "I thought those were 4 for $10?" She decided to check for herself and I told her that it was way on the other end of the store and she found an end cap near her register and luckily for me, it also still had the sign 2/$5.  I didn't get to look at it but I'm sure the expiration date was on there which was yesterday.  I watched her scan my coupons and I watched the screen to make sure they doubled and they did. So I got the paper towels for $3.97 a pack and the candy for 50 cents.  I'm unable to get zero balance at checkout because stores around here don't double coupons or they put restrictions like $25.00 limit.  So I take what I can get.  One time I purchased ball point pens that were on sale for 2/$1.  I had a $1 off 2 packages.  So they were free. I have shampoo that I also got for free since it was on sale for $1 and the coupon was for $1 off.  I've gotten popcorn for free and of course my recent purchase of razors.  So I can't complain too much because I have gotten some free items just not everything like they do on the show.

Okay I'm getting off my soapbox now and off to cook some pork chops!  (I'm starving now!)

Holy Crap! I know I allowed myself to cheat yesterday but man I didn't think I went that crazy.  I did have those soupy tacos yesterday and I ate the last order for dinner.  I did enjoy some fudge covered birthday cake Oreos but I could only get 2 down, they were sooo sweet!!  I then had some double stuffed Oreos and I could only get 3 down.  I remember there was a time when I could eat the whole package in one sitting.  It's amazing how I was basically disgusted with myself after shoving the third one down my throat.  Since I was allowing myself to cheat I also indulged in a peanut butter and banana sandwich.  I only used half a banana and whole wheat bread.  I snacked on a few Cheetos but could only manage about a handful.  While watching Mermaids A Body Found on Animal Planet, I ate a snack bag of corn nuts.  It may not sound like a lot to some but I know it was all pure crap I ate yesterday.  So today, I'm grateful I did it because it just serves as a reminder of how I used to eat and that's why my weight was where it was before beginning the protocol.  I'm really excited because next week I go back into P2.  It's seems strange that I would be happy to be going back to the restricted part of the protocol but I really like only having to eat limited items and on a schedule.  Now that I'm free to enjoy what I want (no starch, no sugar), I seem to have a hard time enjoying it.  Doesn't that seem strange?  I have been able to enjoy pork chops, fatty chuck steaks, chicken thighs, cheese and kefir but I'm ready to go back to P2.

This morning I forgot to put on my lucky bracelet and I did have a rough morning.  I went to Lowe's Home Improvement to purchase some Bounty paper towels.  They had the 6-pack for $4.88.  As I entered the store they had a 12 pack of them for $10.00.  I have $1 off coupons for 6 pack or larger.   I had to break out my calculator to figure out which was the better buy.  I bought 3 of the 6-pack and I used 3 coupons so I paid $11.64 and got 18 rolls versus 12 for $9.  So I saved a little bit of money there.  I then went to Wal*Mart since its next door to them and purchased some cream cheese and some more Venus razors because I found 2 more coupons.  I debated about going to Kmart to get more paper towels and I kept telling myself no, you have enough, but I still got on the expressway to Kmart.  Kmart has the Brawny paper towels 6-pack for $5.97 and I had $1 off coupons as well.  I got 3 packs and I found the Mardi Gras napkins for $1.99, I had 55 cents off coupons for these.  I also had $1 off the M&M's package.  Since I didn't read the coupons correctly turns out the Brawny coupons was $1 off 2, 2 roll or larger.  Duh!!  Anyway, as I was checking out, the register went ahead and doubled my coupons, yeah baby!!  I didn't think it would because it was only for $25 or more in health, beauty and grocery merchandise.  I don't think anything that I bought was any of those items but hey, I'm not gonna argue with the register.  So I may go back tomorrow and get 4 more packs of the paper towels but I'll need to figure out what else to get to get me over the $25 limit to qualify for the double coupons. Oh what, I think I have an Internet coupon somewhere for them paper towels and that will get me over the limit if I buy 6.  Then I can get $1 off each package after doubling.  After I left there, I went to another Dollar General looking for the 90 oz. Palmolive they're advertising for $4, since I have coupons for it, but I have been unsuccessful finding it and this store was no different.  They all have the 90oz. Ajax but my coupons expired for those.  I finally just came home.  I really need to color my hair.

Now I sit here and debate what to have for dinner.  I have ground beef defrosted so I can make a hamburger patty and cook my pork chops for my BAB for tomorrow morning.  Dr. Oz is on the cover of First magazine and he toting how flaxseed is something essential we should all incorporate into our daily diets.  I know that but I get tired of making smoothies everyday.  As I read the suggested menus, he had a recipe for meatballs.  It dawned on me that every time I make my hamburger patties, I should be using my ground flaxseed as a binder, duh!!  So guess what I'll be finally doing to my hamburger patty tonight. Now I'm off to watch the Hoarder Buried Alive marathon and get ready for the new Extreme Couponing episode tonight!!

I took a nice 3 hour nap yesterday then I felt extra lazy after I awoke.  There was hardly anything to watch on TV and I really didn't feel like cooking.  I ended up snacking on about 2 tablespoons full of peanut butter.  I went to bed by 10pm.

Guess my body was used to the Saturday cheats because I did not drop hardly anything probably because I didn't eat anything either.  I didn't cheat yesterday so I could cheat today.  Or I am definitely ovulating.  I awoke today with hip pain, the same pain I used to get when I was heavier.  Needless to say, I woke up originally at 5am but felt that was too early, especially for my day off.  I tried to go back to sleep but that was only for about 45 minutes.  I tried again but finally dragged myself out of bed around 6:30am, since my cat obviously knew I was awake and she was shaking my door for me to get up. I also went ahead and got up so I could water my front yard.  I watered and trimmed back my lantanas since they were starting to block the walkway.  I tried to trim my palm trees however they are too tall now and I can't reach them.  I came inside and had some coffee and looked over the specials for the new week.  Nothing really caught my eye but I ended up going to Wal*Mart so use up my last 3 coupons for the BBQ sauce.  I also found some Venus razors that were pretty inexpensive and I had 2, $2 off coupons for them.  I also bought some Angus beef Nathan's franks.  Then I came home and reviewed the rest of the ads.  I saw that CompUSA ad and they had a 32GB flash drive on sale for $19.99.  It was already 9:30am so I headed out and drove straight there.  I arrived in 20 minutes taking the long route.  They allowed everyone in early but I knew where I had to go.  Needless to say I forgot my ad so I didn't have the coupon. The cashier was helpful but her computer was working like mine, very, very slow.  Since I didn't have my ad, I had to go and look for one at a convenience store.  OK, I just borrowed the CompUSA ad since the store didn't have any.  I went back and the cashier was waiting for me since I had her hold the item for me.  Now I know it might sound a little crazy that I went that early and did what I did but this store is infamous for not having the item later in the day.  I've gone to that store at 3pm and they were always out of the flash drives I was looking for.  These flash drives are usually only on sale Sunday & Monday and they are always out of them by the time I arrive. I also noticed that they only had 3 or 4 in stock.  So this time, I made sure I was one of the first ones in the store.  Now I feel bad because I should have bought my daughter a wireless router for my mother's house, ooops!!  After I got my flash drive (very happy now), I drove to Dollar General to get some dish soap that was on sale.  I couldn't find it so the cashier was nice enough to go look in the back.  She could only find the Ajax and not the Palmolive.  I had a coupon and she gave me the bad news.  My coupon was expired!!  Ugh, how stupid of me and man was I embarrassed.  Since I was so embarrassed, I bought the darn thing anyway.  I really wanted the Palmolive because I know those coupons are still good.  I drove to that food place and bought my soupy tacos.  I bought 3 orders of tacos and 1 order of french fries.  I stopped at another Dollar General and they too didn't have the Palmolive, even after looking in the "back".  They told me to try later today or even tomorrow because it may be in the stockroom hidden somewhere.  I have till the end of the week and my coupons don't expire until June 8th.  I got home by 11:30am and started eating my soupy tacos.  I could only get 2 orders down and the fries.  I forgot how these soupy tacos "clean" me out.  I've already had a trip to the bathroom and have "evacuated" anything in their way.  So as I sit here and type, I try to find something to watch on television just to get out of cleaning my kitchen, LOL.  Since I don't have a three day weekend like most people, I have to make do with my time off.  On a good note, I do get a three day weekend this weekend coming up.  Saturday I have a bowling tournament and that takes all day.  Haha, I found an all day marathon of Doomsday Preppers and Criminal Minds.

I know I allowed myself my cheat day today but I already feel horrible after eating those tacos.  I realize now how much my mentality and physical need for food has changed.  I used to eat like this before but now I feel yucky and I feel a headache coming on.  My allergies have also been stirred.  It takes cheat days to realize how bad I used to feel by the junk foods I used to normally eat.  Now I sit here and enjoy a Klondike bar.  Have a great day and enjoy your weekend.

I knew it was too good to be true.  I adjusted my scale yesterday and when I stepped on it this morning and saw the huge jump, I figured it was the scale being off.  I knew I ate a bit more than normal yesterday but nothing off protocol.  Just maybe that my chicken last night may have been over seasoned.  I also had some creamed spinach so who knows what happened yesterday.  My BAB consisted of 3 chicken thighs this morning.  Since my partner is out, no Mexican pastries so no cheating as of yet.  I am debating whether to go ahead and have my cheat day or just wait till tomorrow.  I know that when I wake tomorrow, my weight will be down only because I get to sleep in as long as I don't cheat today.  However, I just got a craving for some soupy tacos that are sold at an exclusive place here in town. Ugh, I don't know what to do.  I was able to escape on time today from work.  I ran a quick errand to Kmart during my shift to get some more Oreos.  I don't know why I keep buying them, I'm not eating them.  So if I decide to cheat, I will be having some.  Whataburger even sounds good, haven't had that in forever it seems like.  Today was just as uneventful as yesterday.  I know I'm just stress craving because of all the work I've had to do the past 3 days but as long as I'm just thinking about, it's not causing me any harm.  I slept very well last night, so well, that I awoke at some point and checked the clock because I felt that I had overslept.  Turns out, I had only been asleep for about an hour.  I fell back asleep, and awoke again because I thought for sure, I overslept, it was midnight.  Then I awoke again at 2am, sleeping soundly each time.  I heard my phone ring as if I had received a text, so I figured it was already 4am but when I checked my phone it was 2:55am.  It was my daughter explaining to me that someone had rang the doorbell and if she could call the police.  I kinda ignored the text and awoke finally at 3:45 am and responded.  She was upset because as she put it, she was half dead now since I responded so late. She didn't answer the door so I explained to her that it was probably some punk kids with nothing better to do than bother people at that ridiculous hour.

I feel I'm ovulating as well because I felt that twinge on my left side so maybe that's adding to my bump in weight.  I'm off to ponder what to eat or do about today but first, a nap!!

The scale is being very, very generous.  I hope these numbers are true.  When I got home I did step on it but I noticed it was a bit askew.  So I hope after adjusting it that it hasn't been lying to me these last few days.  I am really shocked to see another drop.  After today though, there may be a gain.  I did enjoy a bit of steak for BAB.  Later I snacked on some walnuts.  Around 11am, I drank what was left of my kefir smoothie.  Another department was having their payday potluck.  I always invite myself, LOL.  They had salpicon, charro beans, jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, pasta and potato salad.  I enjoyed a bit of salpicon, pork rinds and some jalapeno poppers. Those poppers were delish!!  They were obviously P3 friendly since it was just a halved jalapeno, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped in bacon.  Salpicon is just brisket with different cuts of veggies and lime juice.  This one didn't have avocado which is traditional but it was omitted.  I had a dessert plate serving with all three items not a regular size plate.  I got out of work late again because technically my partner is out with an injury and I have to work alone which means I have to answer the window, answer the phones and answer the radio while trying to notarize every one's paperwork and take reports.  Of course all this happens at the same time!!  At least I have been able to submit for overtime these last couple of days so I'll see an extra 10 dollars in my paycheck in 2 weeks LOL. When I finally left, I was able to get to Kmart to buy my double stuffed Oreos since with my Rewards card I could get them for $2.38 each.  From there, I walked over to Albertson's and it was fairly empty of customers.  I got some more BBQ sauce because I found more coupons, some refried beans (yes I found my coupons) and some Rotel canned tomatoes and chile.  I also had a Monopoly instant winner coupon for a free package of Johnsonville Brats or Sausage. I grabbed a package of Cheddar brats because I couldn't find the right size stated on the coupon.  Anyway, I checked out and it wouldn't take the coupon, he checked it and told me I got the wrong one.  I explained to him that this was the only Johnsonville sausage they had and the rope sausage was only Hillshire Farms.  He gave me the cheddar ones free with my coupon.  So after paying, I came straight home.  I drove by a couple of houses and they still haven't picked up their Spanish papers.  So tomorrow morning, I will be visiting their driveways.  After I got home I realized I left the chicken thighs out overnight and all day, so I have to cook those today!!

I haven't been napping so I have been sleeping like a log.  Last night I went to bed and awoke a few minutes before the alarm.  Tomorrow will be no fun because my partner is out and he's the one that usually takes the Mexican pastries on Saturday, so no cheating tomorrow.  I'll have to save my cheat day for Sunday.

YAY, UPS just delivered my packages.  I forgot I ordered these items 2 days ago.  I'm enjoying my Amazon Prime Membership.  I just got lucky that a couple of items I ordered qualified.  Now I'm off to fry in the kitchen. Pun intended.

Wow, the scale decided to be nice to me today and kept the weight from when I weighed myself after getting home yesterday.  I thought it would have been a bit higher since I ate two chicken thighs (cooked in lard and coconut oil) and half an avocado for dinner. It was a bit late for me to be eating.  I just don't like going to bed feeling stuffed.  My BAB this morning consisted of two more chicken thighs.  The guys at work are so confused but I don't care.  They say stuff like you're always eating!!  I tell them, I need to eat!!  Or they say, why are you eating chicken at 6am!!  I tell them because I need protein this early in the morning.  I guess somewhere along the line I forgot to mention that I also take CLA 1500mg (2 capsules) with each meal.  I think that has been helping as well. As I am now sitting one pound below my LIW.

I left work late today, almost an hour over what I normally work.  I was pissed.  I was taking a report, which should have only been a half hour, but the lady was really upset and distraught so I allowed her to vent.  Then my supervisor stated to me that I had to stay and finish the report.  It wasn't an emergency report, so I stayed because I didn't want him to get upset with me.  After I finally left work, I headed to Wal*Mart to price check some items before heading to Albertson's.  I saw that male cashier from yesterday.   I wanted to give him the coupon I had before I forgot or by the time I found everything I was looking for, he would be gone or doing something else.  So I walked up behind him and he said hi.  I explained to him that I had an "extra" coupon for the BBQ sauce and I wanted him to have it. His face lit up.  I reminded him to price match it and get his free BBQ sauce.  He was so happy.  I remembered I had to walk all the way to the other side of the store to look for some Cutter candles that I had a $1 off coupon for.  I found the candles and they were 97 cents.  So yes, I got those free.  I remembered that the strawberries were also on sale, just for today, for 99 cents, limit 2.  So I got my limit.  The bananas were also on the one day sale of 3 lbs. for 99 cents.  I got a small bunch.  I know bananas aren't for P3 but I want them for my smoothies, just a little bit.  So after I found all the items I was looking for, I went back to my male cashier since he was finishing up his last customer.  He was laughing because I put my 2 containers of strawberries down and he commented that a male customer had gotten upset with him because he explained to him that there was a limit.  I don't know what that customer did but the cashier just laughed it off, afterwards of course.  He price matched everything for me and he asked me if I had coupons for the candles and I said yes.  He just smiled.  He knew that I was going to get those for free.  I paid and left and I reminded him again to redeem his coupon because that flavor was running low.  He stated that as soon as he got off work, he was going to do his shopping.  I drove home and as I turned onto my street, I saw that 2 houses had not picked up those Spanish papers and one house had two papers.  I made it my mission to get home, empty my car, change and walk this neighborhood.  It was freaking hot!!  I managed to find five papers and one was from last week!!  So now I sit here and debate what to have for dinner and clip more coupons.

Oh how I love when I cheat on the weekends and at the start of the week, I just eat clean, that excess weight will come off on its own without a "correction" day.  Now I'm not advocating cheating but it is what I have done and have been able to discipline myself the rest of the week.  Granted I am trying to maintain my LIW which is exactly what I'm doing.  Let me say, of all rounds I've done in the past, this is the first time I have been able to maintain.  I did the protocol back in 2007 and I got down to 154, but soon was right back where I began.  I only blame myself and not being able to control my emotional eating and the fact that if my daughter was eating something, I wanted it too, knowing it was bad for her and myself.  Now that she is technically out of my house, I am in better control of my eating habits.

Dinner yesterday consisted of brussel sprouts swimming in butter sauce and a slider size hamburger patty.  I wanted to eat light since I had indulged in that Klondike bar.  Later I realized that I had kefir just sitting in my fridge so I made a strawberry smoothie with whey protein and egg white protein. My strawberries were fresh but for some unknown reason were frozen in the fridge, so is my fresh spinach and cucumbers, hmmm.   I realized after I made it that I should have added flaxseed so I added that after and nearly made a mess.  I didn't realize that all that kefir would make so much with the strawberries.  Needless to say, I filled one blender bottle full and then added the flaxseed and blended again.  That filled another blender bottle full.  I still had about 8 ounces left so I drank it.  Man was it tangy, LOL.  So I decided that that would be my breakfast and lunch for today.  I also packed a few Macadamia nuts to add more fat to my liquid meal.  When I looked in the fridge this morning, the first bottle I filled, had nearly shrunk by half, ugh.  Guess all the air that had been incorporated while blending, deflated.  However, the one with the flaxseed stayed pretty full.  I took that one to work and drank that most of the morning and snacked on my Macadamia nuts.  I wasn't hungry throughout the morning even though I didn't start drinking it till about 9am.  As you can guess, I didn't cook my chicken thighs last night.  I was pretty tired and didn't feel like cooking but blending a smoothie was much easier.  So today, I will cook those chicken thighs (again).  I still have more kefir in the fridge but I need to strain it, that takes some time.

So, after work I decided to get my shopping done early since I had plenty of coupons to use up.  The BBQ sauce is on sale at Albertson's for $1, and I have $1 off coupon, so yes it's free.  I have 26 coupons for it.  I redeemed 24 of them today and 4 different stores as to not deplete one store completely.  Also, if I waited till the weekend, some other extreme couponer will beat me to the punch and I won't be able to redeem those coupons.  That's exactly what happened to me last year so I didn't want that to happen again!!  So I technically have 2 coupons left but I drove by a house and they still haven't picked up that paper, so guess what I'm doing on my way to work tomorrow, the same thing I did this morning, picking them up!!  I just found my refried beans coupons that I couldn't find so there will be another shopping trip tomorrow.  One cashier at Wal*Mart was too funny.  He tried to joke with me about how I couldn't price match and use coupons, I had a dumbfounded look on my face and then he said he was kidding.  He didn't believe me that the BBQ sauce was on sale so I showed him on the ad.  He rang up all my items and then I handed him my coupons.  He looked at them and said, "that's not fair, you're getting these for free!!"  I told him to keep his voice down because people would catch on!!  We both laughed.  He told me he wanted to try the flavor I bought, Raspberry Chipotle, but I hesitated giving him a coupon because of the customers behind me.  I will go back and give him a coupon just because he was so helpful and understanding.  I finally made it home and of course, I got on the scale.  Again, it was very kind, 158.8! Ugh if it would only stay there for tomorrow morning or less would be even better.  As I sit here typing, I continue to munch on a few Macadamia nuts to hold me over until I can get my butt in the kitchen to cook those chicken thighs!!

I have to admit, I stepped on the scale after I arrived home today.  It was very kind, it said 160.0, which I'm sure will change by tomorrow morning.  I had a pork chop for BAB this morning and nothing else, except coffee.  After work, I drove to a Wal*Mart Neighborhood Market which was out of the 18 count eggs.  So I left and went to the nearest Supercenter.  Surprise, they were out of them too.  I bought a few razors and deodorant with coupons of course and drove to the next Supercenter.  Shockingly, they were out of the eggs as well.  The male worker at this one advised me that it was the cashiers fault for not limiting customers like the other competitor store did.  So needless to say, I'm walked out of every Wal*Mart eggless and paper towel less.  Another confession is as I was shopping U felt I  needed comfort food so I bought a loaf of bread because I"m craving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and Klondike mint chocolate chip bars.  Actually I could do without the jelly.  So as I sit here typing, I have indulged in a heaping tablespoon of creamy peanut butter after I wolfed down a Klondike bar.  That's when I had stepped on the scale and saw that amazing number.  Now I feel completely guilty for indulging in those evil items.  I may just cook up those chicken thighs and have one or two for dinner. My weight seemed high this morning but that's what happens when you have to weigh in at 4am when the last couple of days, I didn't weigh in until after 7am.

Work was pretty boring today and I'm sure tomorrow will be no better since my guys will be in training all day and I will have to deal with a whole new set of men, for one day at least.  Now I'm off to scour the store ads for tomorrow's specials and debate with myself about dinner since I always change my mind from typing what I say I'm going to cook from when I actually get around to cooking.

Oh, dinner last night was a huge hamburger patty with a slice of Muenster cheese and a frozen cucumber and spinach salad with bleu cheese dressing and flaxseed.  I say frozen cucumber because when I was slicing the cucumber, I noticed that it sat too close the wall of the fridge and it was frozen along that side.  I gave some to my rabbit and he loved it.  Guess it helped him cool off a bit.  Ok, now I'm getting off the computer!!

It takes a while but all that munching this weekend finally caught up to me.  For dinner yesterday I decided to indulge in a few Nathan's hot dogs, no bun, just the franks.  Yes, I managed to polish off the whole package, not in one sitting of course but 4 for lunch and 4 for dinner.  I won't be doing that again.  I woke up with such a headache that I can only attribute that to all the nitrites in those franks.  My eyes were even puffy and still are, as well as my feet. I was feeling very sore too from climbing up and down the ladder.  I did get up at 3am this morning to scour the neighborhood for unwanted Spanish newspapers.  The coupons are awesome!!  I came back and checked my phone and realized that the last text I thought I sent my daughter, never sent, it was still waiting there for me to send it.  I text her an apology and she replied back!!  I didn't think she would be up but she was.  It was finally around 5am when we both went to sleep.  I woke up again around 8am to shop at the Wal*Mart Supercenter.  I ate a pork chop before I went and some coffee.  My A/C decided to act up last night so I needed to get some items for that too.  I managed to find some razors for $2.88 and I had a $3 off coupon for them so I got them for free and 12 cent credit for each package!!!  I went in a second time with a different cashier and got 4 more for free!!! I couldn't believe that this Wal*Mart was completely out of the 18 count eggs, sheesh.  I stopped in at Lowe's Hardware store to look for A/C stuff but found Greenworks dish soap on clearance for $1.53, so I bought 2.  I came home and tried to work on the A/C but it decided to behave, ugh after all the trouble I went through to get the ladder, get on the roof, have all my tools ready and it behaves.  I think when I put the side panel back on, it moved the pump against the float which caused it to stay "on".  I moved it and checked everything again so we'll see later what happens.  It's not that hot right now but it will be later. After that ordeal, I sat down and started clipping coupons.  I decided to go back to Wal*Mart since I still had 6 coupons left for those razors.  I also had coupons for the Lady Speedstick for 50 cents off any size or $1 off the large size only.  I checked the price of both and decided on the smaller one since they were 98 cents and 50 cents off,  I paid 48 cents per deodorant. The large ones were $1.98 and with a $1 off, I still pay 98 cents each.  I'm sure the dollar store with have them on sale soon so I can wait a bit on those.  Now I just wait for Albertson's to put the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on sale, hopefully on Wednesday.

I guess dinner today with be a hamburger patty with a bit of cheese. I may have some diced cucumbers with bleu cheese dressing on the side and sprinkled with flaxseed.   I still have a pork chop left over, but I'll take that for BAB tomorrow.  I still have a steak and chicken thighs in the fridge that a defrosting slowing for later. this week.

I wanted to blog earlier however, I needed to get to Albertson's before it got extremely busy.  I did arrive just before 8 am and the parking lot was empty, so that was good for me.  I didn't want to buy eggs today so I opted for 4 Powerades and 4 Jolly Time popcorn since you buy 8 you get $4 off.  I also picked up some Brawny paper towels (bad girl) since those were on sale too and I had coupons of course.  For the popcorn too.  The cashier didn't seem to enthusiastic as she tried to convince me to get 4 more Powerades for the sale price.  I explained to her that the popcorn was part of the deal and she kinda got pissed.  It's not my fault that she didn't even know her own ad.  I bought some Quaker oatmeal bowls that I had coupons for that expire today but this is the only store I could find them at and they are expensive.  Good thing I only had 3 coupons.  From there I went to Wal*Mart to check for some things but they don't carry what I was looking for.  I didn't even find the razors I have coupons for.  So I really only ended up buying flavor cubes.  Sigh.  I got home and debated working on my air conditioner, I debated for 2 hours and finally got started around noon.  It took me three hours because I could not find the darn fan belt anywhere.  I finally had to drive to Wal*mart and buy a new one.  I think I threw out last year only I just don't remember, it was over seven months ago when I winterized the darn thing.

Since I was over a bit of my LIW, I went ahead and had my free Saturday.  After I blogged yesterday, I made myself a cup of coffee and had 2 Mexican pastries.  Then it was nap time.  I slept for 2 hours soundly.  I finally got up and just felt tired.  There was nothing to watch on TV so I just was channel surfing for hours. I started munching on my "crackers" and also indulged in a Blue Bunny personal super brownie ice cream and a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich.  I started texting my daughter.  We text till about 11pm when I fell asleep and didn't respond to her.  I'm sure she figured I fell asleep since she thinks I'm old.  I must have been pretty tired because the only thing that woke me was my cats fighting at 2:30am and I had to get up to see what was going on.  I went back to bed and didn't wake till 7am because the sun was reflecting directly into my face from my bathroom window.  Good thing because I wouldn't have made it to Albertson's.  I wanted to go to Sprouts as well, but decided not to because I needed to work on my air conditioner.  Today was 93 degrees, the coolest it will be all week.  We are suppose to hit 103 on Wednesday but I'm ready now.

I have been pretty bad today.  For breakfast, after shopping, I had 2 cups of coffee with half & half and coconut milk, and a large pork chop.  After working on the air conditioner, I decided to splurge and I had Nathan's hot dogs on flax and oat pita.  I also had a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich and a few potato chips, very few.  I have all this healthy stuff in the fridge but I just decided to be bad today and yesterday, LOL.  It will bite me in the ass very soon.  I have two weeks to go before getting back onto P2 so I need to start behaving.  I don't want to gain more weight and have to fight to take that off too.

I wasn't expecting to see that this morning.  I guess my omelet last night was a bit much or I ate it too late.  It could have been a many different things, the "crackers", the Crappuccino, the dried plums with flaxseed, my omelet of asparagus, radishes, chorizo, eggs and cheese.  Since I had so many things, a bit different from the day before, it's hard for me to pinpoint what the culprit was.

Today for my BAB was two large boneless pork chops and a whole avocado, coffee with half & half and coconut milk.  I've hardly had any water because I started running around to do my shopping.  I went by this grocery store by work because they had the Ajax laundry detergent for $1.99 and I got a pineapple too.  I want to make a pineapple mask for my face so I'll use some for that purpose.  The rest will go into my kefir smoothie that I have yet to make.  I then drove to Walgreen's to use some of my Optic White coupons and get my register rewards for it as well.  They finally had the Refreshers so I used my last coupon for it.  I went back to work and silly me, I locked my keys in the car.  I finally managed to get someone to help me and we got the dang thing open so I could retrieve my keys.  I left work at noon and came straight home.  I didn't want to visit anymore stores and spend more money.  So now I sit here debating whether to take a nap or clean the kitchen.  I think the nap is going to win hands down, or should I say, heads down.

I had to step on the scale twice this morning and I moved it to make sure it was level and not playing tricks on me.  I truly was not expecting to see a drop, its a small drop but it's a drop.  Work is kinda slow so I began my post at work before I forgot what I wanted to say.  My BAB this morning consisted of a very large pork chop and a whole avocado.  I had a granny smith apple for a snack later.  I wasn't really hungry but because I saw I had it, I ate it, besides it was good for me rather than a bag of chips or a candy bar, right?  Well, dinner last night was 3 eggs with chorizo and radishes with a small slice of Muenster cheese, all cooked in butter and coconut oil.

After work I went to Walgreen's, still looking for my Refreshers and this store did not have them.  I made the cashier feel somewhat guilty so she allowed me to use my two $2.00 off Loreal products.  So I drove to the closest grocery store and they had the Starbucks Frappuccinos on sale for $3.99 with the purchase of two of them.  That was fine with me because I had a coupon for $2 off of two packs, so I bought 4.  I had checked the expiration dates and some had June but I found the August date.  The cashier was staring at the coupons for what seemed like forever.  I guess she couldn't believe the good coupons or she was trying to determine if they were fake, who knows.  She did make a comment that the coupons expire tomorrow and I knew that, that why I was buying them today, duh!! I then went to another Walgreen's that on my way home because I knew they had the Refreshers, so I got 3 since they were free!!  I still ended up getting a register reward for another free one and another reward for $3.00 off my next purchase.  Oh, I forgot, the "guilty" cashier had told me that the toothpaste was on sale and I kinda shot her a look like what are you trying to tell me?  I asked her which toothpaste and it was the Optic White and that the sale ends tomorrow but I could still get my register rewards for them.  I told her I would be back tomorrow because I had coupons at home.  She told me that I had to go back to her tomorrow, LOL.  After my trip to the second Walgreen's, I went to my Wal*Mart (that I hate), and got the last two packs of the Frappuccinos since I only had one coupon left.  I also picked up some razors that I had $3 off of.  The cashier started giving me a hard time because basically, she didn't know how to read the coupon.  She explained to me that I could only use one coupon per purchase, in which she was correct but I had two coupons for two packages of razors.  I explained to her that there was a limit of 4 like coupons for each shopping trip but she insisted she was right.  I didn't want to continue arguing with her so I asked for the coupon back and to remove the item.  I paid for my other items and then she rang up the other package of razors separately, so I quickly paid and left.  I thought she was going to make me go get back in line but she didn't. I wish these cashiers would learn to read, I know they know how to read but they don't comprehend what they read. So I really should say, I wish they would learn to comprehend what they read.  As I sit here trying to type and venting my frustrations, I'm munching on my "crackers" and a Crappuccino, yes, you read that right.

I think for dinner I will do the eggs again. Not because I'm trying to play it safe, it's just that I have sooooo many eggs and they are on sale again.  Thanks to BAB, I'm usually not that hungry for dinner anyway, so I just eat the eggs so that I don't start binging at 9pm before I go to bed.  I think that was all the excitement I've had so far today.  Yesterday evening wasn't that great.  I was really tired and everything was going wrong.  I tried to plug in my new Scentsy warmer, and the bulb blew out within the first 30 seconds of me turning it on.  So I removed the bulb and I was going to replace it with the one I had in the living room, then I couldn't find the damn burnt bulb.  Later, I was going to throw out the trash so I pulled the bag of the bin and placed it on the floor so I could tie the top, then my foot felt wet.  I lifted the bag and saw this nasty brown liquid all over the floor and it was still dripping, yuck.  I couldn't think straight by this time so I grabbed some old newspaper and put it underneath the bag.  I finally got the bag outside and threw it out along with all the cat and dog crap.  After that ordeal, I went straight to my room and laid down.  My daughter and I were texting but she knew what time it was and left me alone.  Let's see what tonight holds in store for me.  I need to sort through my coupons and clip the toothpaste ones.  I'm getting off an hour early tomorrow because of my "training" yesterday and off to shop I will go!!

It appears my body likes being at this weight which is completely fine by me. I'm really trying hard to get those BAB's in but work is sometimes uncooperative.  I mean I have to be there at 5am so I would have to wake up an extra 30 minutes early to eat here at home but that would mean I would have to get up at 3:30am the latest.  I may have to start doing that because I went to a training today to learn how to swipe in and out.  We did this many moons ago and they act as if we're morons and don't remember how to do it.  I understand that there's new employees that were hired recently and they don't have a clue on what to do but to drag all of us there, ridiculous.  So I didn't get to go shopping today because after that training, I got out of work later than usual and I did not feel like battling with anyone.  The drive home is stressful enough with every route I take is under construction.  I did stop at Walgreen's just to get one of my free Refreshers and I did.  The flavor I wanted I wasn't able to reach it so I got my regular flavor.

Okay, so today's BAB consisted of a humongous boneless pork chop and a whole avocado. I was afraid to take some brussel sprouts because some days, I just don't know how they are going to affect me, if you know what I mean.   Later I had an apple.  I sit here right now debating what to eat and what to cook for tomorrow's BAB.  I'm waiting for things like steak, chicken thighs and more pork chops, to defrost.  I have another cooked pork chop in the fridge but I don't know if I should eat now or save it for tomorrow.  I have plenty of eggs and asparagus to make an omelet for dinner instead but I just don't know.  As I sit here typing, I've enjoyed some dried plums and a few potato chips, yes potato chips.  I only had about 7-8 of them and quickly closed up the bag before I start mindlessly eating the whole bag.  Yesterday's dinner consisted of a huge steak, mushrooms cooked in butter, lard and coconut oil (same as the steak) and a huge salad. That salad contained Romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, baby carrots, cilantro, a bit of Muenster cheese, sliced radishes, bacon bits, bleu cheese dressing and ground flaxseed sprinkled on top.  I can't have a salad today because I'm finally out of Romaine lettuce.  I have fresh spinach so that's an option too.

So that's all I have to report today, or at least this is all I can remember.

Guess it would have helped me and everyone if I had been listing my LIW so we could see my progress.  I finally see that I'm only 0.2 lb over my LIW, and that's very good.  I did have my binge of carbs on Saturday, did I mention that I had eaten a whole pancake with syrup from IHOP that day too along with all those Mexican pastries?  Well I did and how easily we forget after wolfing down the forbidden.

Today I took the last cooked chicken thigh to work for BAB.  Since I only had one thigh I added a whole avocado to add more fat.  It was delicious.  It's funny to see everyone at work come stare at my plate and ask, "aren't you on a diet?" I smile and say "yes!"  They just walk away confused.  I drank one of my Starbucks refreshers, which are a type of energy drink, and the flavor was good but I quickly crashed by noon.   I got off work at 1pm and went to Kmart to check the price on some items I had purchased yesterday but of course, they probably fixed the prices after I had bought the items.  I could have sworn I saw $2.99 on those items and when I checked my ereceipt, it showed $3.49.  When I arrived at the store, the price showed $3.49, hmmm.  From there I went to the Tractor Supply store because after reviewing my receipt yesterday, I noticed I had been charged for 3 items that were not mine.  That equated to a $65 refund.  It did seem a bit pricey when I paid but I hadn't really calculated the items in my head so that's what I get for not checking and rushing.  I drove to Walgreen's to get my Starbucks refreshers but I only received one coupon for another one.  I think the machine got stuck but I didn't want to piss off the cashier and I have plenty for now.  So now I'm home and I am a bit hungry so I'm going to cook my steak and have a nice huge salad along with it.  Then later, I will cook up some pork chops for my BAB in the morning.

Oh, apparently my mail carrier knows I like coupons and specials because when I checked my mail, I had two sets of mailers in my box, whoo hoo!!  Now I'm off like a prom dress on prom night!!

Looks like my first BAB was successful.  I was shocked to see a drop this morning.  I just thought it would stay the same or an increase.  So today, I tried the same thing except I wasn't able to eat within 30 minutes of awakening.  I was already running late for work but I packed two large chicken thighs.  After I arrived at work and issued all the equipment necessary, I headed to the break room to heat up my food.  I was trying to eat discreetly by hiding in an office but everyone found me and was watching me go to town on those chicken thighs.  I finally managed to eat my chicken, wolf it down actually and got back to work.  I was able to work a half day today so I left at 9am.  I went directly to Kmart because I had another coupon for $1.50 off of ten cans and $1.50 off to NYC products.  From there I went to our new Tractor Supply Store.  I was amazed at all the pet items they had and very reasonably priced.  I then headed to every Walgreen's on my way home.  The first three I stopped at did not have the Starbucks refreshers so finally I arrived at the last and final Walgreen's I was going to visit and lo and behold, they were fully stocked!!  I used my two free coupons and the Catalina still spit out another 99 cent coupon, win, win for me!!  The cashier was nice enough to let me use up the last six coupons I had for the refreshers and now I have six more coupons for more refreshers.  I have till Saturday to use them all up because the refreshers are on sale till then.  I wish I would have used all my coupons at Walgreen's but I didn't think it through too well.  I used some at Albertson's and Wal*Mart so those were free but I didn't get any register rewards.

Yesterday evening, I wasn't terribly hungry so I ate a huge salad and one chicken thigh just in case my nightly hunger monster was to awaken.  It was very good and I felt stuffed to the gills and it was just a salad.  The salad consisted of Romaine lettuce, spinach, radishes, cucumbers, mushrooms, avocado, bleu cheese dressing and ground flaxseed sprinkled atop of everything.  My chicken thighs were cooked in lard, butter and coconut oil.  It was dripping delicious!!  I'm defrosting a steak to cook later for my breakfast tomorrow.  I know the guys at work are starting to think I'm weird but I don't care, I know what I'm doing and I'm losing weight because of it.  Now I'm off to sort items and clean the kitchen, well sorta.

I originally awoke at 4am to walk my neighborhood to pick up papers that no one wants.  I walked two blocks and that took about 30 minutes or so.  I actually broke a sweat.  I did wear a sweatshirt because it was very cool and breezy at that hour. I came home and went back to bed.   I didn't have too hard of time going back to sleep but my dog kept barking disrupting my slumber.  I finally got up and out of bed at 8am.  I decided to try BAB.  I had a huge chicken breast that I had cooked last night so I reheated it and cooked up some asparagus.  I had a very hard time eating all that chicken since I'm not used to eating as soon as I get up.  But a BAB must be eaten within 30 minutes of awakening.  I got it down and had a bit of nausea.  My stomach was freaking out. I also used half & half with coconut milk in my coffee.  I finally got myself ready and headed out the door.  I started at Big Lots to return an item and then visited the Dollar General next door for some liquid eyeliner.  Then I started on my hunt for the Starbucks refreshers that I had coupons for (FREE).  I started at one Wal*Mart and made three trips inside the store since they had a bunch of the refreshers I was looking for.  Of course, I had to visit three different cashiers and also stocked up on more potato chips.  I finally made it to Albertson's and got some more chips there and only made 2 trips back into that store.  I also spoke with the Frito Lay man, not bad looking either.  I finally left that store and headed to the other Albertson's and they did not have the flavor of chips I was looking for nor the refreshers, ergh!! So I walked to Kmart next door because they had the Alpo canned dog food on sale and I had 2 coupons that expire today.  Hey, $1.50 off 10 cans is a big savings for me.  I only had 2 coupons and 1 for $1.00 off eight cans.  I have more coupons but I just didn't want to buy that much dog food today.  I'll go the Kmart by work tomorrow.  I'm upset because I had about 4-5 more coupons that I had printed but they expired on Saturday and of course, the sale started yesterday, ugh!!  I then left there and went to Walgreen's and they only had one refresher in the fridge but I got a coupon for 99 cents off my next trip so I can get another refresher since they're on sale for 99 cents.  I drove to another Walgreen's for the refreshers but they were completely out but they had the eyeliner I was looking for and yes, I had a coupon for them.  So from there, I drove to my neighborhood Wal*Mart (yes, the one I hate) and they didn't have the refreshers either or the flavor of chips I wanted or the razors I was looking for.  Damn, someone must be just ahead of me with the same coupons and is buying everything out before I can.  I went ahead and drove to another Wal*Mart and found the flavor of chips I was looking for.  I only had 3 coupons left for them so I grabbed 4 bags and read my coupon, to which it stated that I was only allowed one per purchase.  I didn't want to risk the cashier telling that I could only use one, so I left the 2 extra bags close by so I could come back in.  While I was looking the chips, would you believe I ran into the same Frito Lay man, again?  I asked him if I had just seen him at the Albertson's and he said yes and it was obvious that I was there looking for that flavor.  I was a bit embarrassed and walked away sheepishly.  I was able to find the refreshers at this Wal*Mart so I made 2 or 3 trips in this store as well.  By this time I have lost track of how many times I had gone in and out of each Wal*Mart.  I finally decided to come home.  It was 2pm after all.  I got home and sorted everything out and restocked the kitchen pantry with the canned dog food.  Sometimes I think my animals eat better than I do or at least I spend more money on them than I do myself sometimes.

Now that I sit here trying to catch everyone up on my day, I sit here realizing that I'm not starving nor hungry in the least bit but I will cook my chicken thighs so I have something to eat in the morning.  I may just have a salad for this evening or in a little bit.  Okay I lie, I just had some dried plums so that's probably why I'm not that hungry.  This may be TMI, but after I ate that huge chicken breast for breakfast, I soon had to go poop.  That rarely happens but from what I understand, that is how our bodies are suppose to work.  Once something comes in, somethings gotta come out.  I know that that doesn't happen often and that's why many of us carry so much waste in our guts because our bodies are functioning at its peak performance when it should.  I just remembered that I had wanted to go to Sprouts this morning but I decided not to since their specials weren't that great and I don't have anymore room for fresh produce in my fridge so I didn't make it out there.  There's always next week.

Wow, I'm shocked that I awoke to same weight from yesterday seeing I had a carb filled day.  After my last binge at 4pm on my "crackers" and some hummus, I did not eat the rest of the evening.  However, I did go out last night and had 3 beers.  I ran into people I hadn't seen in years or even since high school and it felt weird.  A couple of guys that I ran into were previous coworkers and that was even stranger!!!  We only stayed a couple of hours and if I had stayed any longer, who knows who I would have ran into!  I got home and went actually fell asleep pretty quickly, guess I was still tired even though I had taken a 2 hour nap.

This morning I got up early to get my shopping done.  I went to the Wal*Mart closest to my home and got some razors, Mother's Day cards, and other items that I had coupons for, of course.  It was great seeing the total at $40 and then after coupons, I paid only $20.  That's how I like it.  I also returned a Blender bottle that I bought because I found them at Sam's for much less so I got me a refund. Man, everyone decided to checkout at the same time.  It was funny to see all the men scrambling to get flowers, cards and other items for either their wives or mothers or both.  I drove to the next Wal*Mart by my home and bought some of the same things since I have a gazillion coupons.  I had to argue with the cashier because an item rang up incorrectly and then she charged twice for an item.  She swore she was correct and she wasn't.  I just paid and went directly to the customer service desk where they corrected priced the item and refunded me the extra item I had been charged for.  Then I went to another Wal*Mart for some items.  I was happy that 2 out of the 3 Wal*Marts I visited this morning, had the Starbucks refreshers.  I have coupons for a free one.  I had to walk back into one of the stores because they only had 2 cans and I can only get one per transaction.  I gave my daughter one flavor so hopefully she'll report back with good news.  I then went to Costco to return the towels I had bought only to walk out spending more than what I was refunded, darn.  I bought my daughter some sushi they sell there.  All I wanted to buy while I was there was some Dawn because I had a coupon for it and some spinach.  Never happens that way.  I bought some Irish butter, my "crackers", the sushi, half & half, and miraculously I remembered the spinach after almost walking to the register.  I also filled up my tank for the week because tomorrow I plan on driving to the Westside of town to our local Sprouts store.  I hate that we only have one and it's on the other side of town.  They have a good special this week but I don't get their ad except online.  I need to keep buying the potato chips since I still have lots of coupons for them and I'll have plenty for the BBQ.  After I fueled up, I drove to my mother's to drop off about10 bags of Cheetos for my daughter, the sushi and the card for my mother.  I just realized that I forgot to take her a box of cereal that I had here for her.  After that trip I came straight home because I had the dairy products in my vehicle and it was getting warm out. I wanted to make a return at Big Lots and I should have stopped by the one by my mother's home, as I drove by, it was slow, oh well.   I arrived home at noon and put everything away and finally got around to making something for me to eat.  I couldn't decide what I wanted so I made an omelet with asparagus and spinach cooked in butter and olive oil.  I sprinkled some bacon bits on it because I had no ham or any "meat" to throw in there.  I finally get to cook those chicken thighs I have defrosting in the fridge and hopefully make some room in there.  Would you believe, I'm actually craving a salad?  I still have 2 heads of Romaine, tons of cucumber and radishes.  Since I had coupons, I also bought some Ken's salad dressing in 3 different flavors.  Two of the flavors have less that 1 gram of carbs.

Time to go clean, or at least think really hard about it.  I also need to write out my game plan for tomorrow's shopping trip!

Wow, now why can't I lose weight as fast as I can put it on, LOL? It's all TOM, I tell ya!!  Yesterday, I ate 3 Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, yes the ones that are all melted and refrozen from Costco.  I also had that pasta salad yesterday but it wasn't much.  It was just enough to awaken the carb monster inside that was hibernating.  Today wasn't any better.  Every Saturday, a coworker takes boxes of Mexican pastries for us.  I have been able to avoid them while on P2, but today was a completely different story.  I don't plan on eating the rest of the evening or night (sure, I'm trying to talk myself into that).  A friend of mine wants to go out tonight to a local club close by but TOM is horrible today.  It is the worst day of TOM as always is on my second day of TOM.  I'm shocked I didn't make a mess of myself like I did last month.  It was so bad last month that it went through my pants and I had to come home because I was walking around like a school girl with my jacket wrapped around my waist, LOL!!  Today, I was prepared by wearing a tampon rather than a pad but of course, I left the extra ones at home instead of putting them in my purse.  I'm so dumb lately, so absentminded and forgetful, thanks TOM!!

Technically today should have been a correction day but you can see I've already thrown that idea out the window.  Tomorrow, since it's Mother's Day, I plan on doing an egg and chicken thigh day since I have no plans.  We'll just have to wait to see how that goes.  Results pending until Monday.

I have been pooping like a rabbit the last few days and I know it's not from dehydration so today, I finally had the BM anaconda.  Guess P2 was reeking havoc on my bowels.  Oh, I have been eating a few dried plums before bed not for the effect but because I love them and I had bought some at Sam's.  I'm gonna guess the combination of the dried plums and the timing of TOM is what resulted in my huge BM, LOL!!

Finally, TOM reared his ugly head this morning but couldn't do it first thing, no!! Had to wait till I was walking out the door while I was running late for work, of course.  Work was pretty boring but I ate my steak around 7am.  Later another department was having their payday party, so they had brisket, pasta salad and chile con queso with cupcakes for dessert.  I was allowed to have some brisket so I poured the cheese over it.  I did try the pasta salad and it was delish!! So far today has been a bad day for P3, it started out great but it has gone downhill since I got home.  I'll explain tomorrow.

I went to Albertson's on my way home from work.  I'm trying to stock up on the potato chips they have on sale since I have coupons.  I thought my coupons were going to expire tomorrow but upon further review, they don't expire until the 19th which is next Saturday, so hopefully I'll be able to use up all the coupons by next week and have a good stockpile for our annual BBQ.

Yesterday after enjoying that glorious meal I made, I cooked up some steak in the same lard and butter, so I could have something to eat this morning, good planning on my part.  I had taken out some chicken thighs for today but so far I haven't decided what or how to make them.  I'm really sleepy.  I went to bed last night at 9pm and didn't wake till my alarm went off.  When it went off, I was questioning myself what the noise was, it was the alarm.  I hadn't taken a nap yesterday so I was beat.  Luckily I finished all my chores and even pulled weeds from the front and back yards thanks to all the rain we had.  The rain had softened the soil so the weeks came out with very little effort on my part.  Okay, I'm going to stop typing now because it has taken me well over an hour just to type this nonsense.  I can't type correctly nor get my thoughts straight, thanks TOM!!

I don't even know what to blog about, I'm just so happy to eat again.  I got home from work and cooked up a big ole chicken breast in lard and butter, spring mix salad with avocado dressed with olive oil and red wine vinegar, and brussel sprouts in butter sauce.  Needless to say, I didn't finish the chicken breast but everything else I did.  I don't think I'll have to eat dinner tonight.  If I do get hungry, that piece of chicken breast is there.  Now I just feel that I have to have that hand to mouth constantly.  I'm not hungry, I just want to put food in my mouth!!  I'm trying to do other things.  I also finally get to take my supplements since most are oil based.  The one I really like is the CLA capsules.  I also took some Mega Red and K2.  I have some garlic capsules but I can't swallow anymore capsules right now so I'll take those before I go to bed.  Hopefully I can turn in early today.  I always say that and I end up going to bed late.  I'm washing the towels a coworker brought me.  He stated he had excess amount of brand new towels so I asked him to bring me some.  I'm debating now to take the ones I purchased at Costco back for a refund.  The ones he brought me are from hotels that he's stayed in. He gave me six of them so I am washing them right now.  Not that they were dirty when he brought them but just for my peace of mind.  As I'm typing this, the UPS guy dropped off my package.  Apparently someone at UPS was curious to know what I had bought because my box was nearly open.  It was open enough to see the contents.  Boy, were they disappointed to see a bag of organic whole flaxseeds and 3 pounds of Chia seeds.  I am laughing my ass off right now.  I'm going to make me a hot cup of vanilla Chai tea since it is very cool, cloudy and rainy here right now.  It feels like Seattle.

I went shopping again today, of course, but I finally found my frozen dark cherries at Albertson's.  They're BOGO free this month so I'm gonna try and stock up.  I love cherries, I love them so much, I have a tattoo of one.  I'm trying to stock up on potato chips since I have coupons for them and they are not for me.  We have our BBQ at work coming up so I'm taking the chips.  I just noticed my coupons expire on Saturday, so I'm gonna hafta go to 10 different stores tomorrow and Saturday, LOL.  I had gone to Big Lots during work  to purchase some soap they have on sale.  I had purchased some yesterday and tried it and I liked it, so I'm gonna stock up on that too.  Sadly, the other store overcharged me or this store just has the discount entered differently, so I'm going back to this store tomorrow.

It's trash day today, so I'm off to collect it and kick it to the curb!!

I went to bed very late last night because of coupon clipping.  I did travel the neighborhood to collect unwanted papers.  It was very cold last night and I was walking around in shorts and a sweatshirt.  I was also texting with my daughter, doing laundry and putting away items in the kitchen.

I must confess that I did indulge in not one but two Krispy Kreme donuts today.  Damn you people who brought them to my workplace.  They did taste very sweet.  I didn't eat them together, I had a  glazed one at around 9am and them later a glazed cake donut around 11am.  Bad, bad girl.  I went by Big Lots after work and shopped.  What else is there to do there besides shop right?  I don't have much to report today, I'll just be glad after 6am tomorrow morning, I'll be able to eat a normal meal.  I'll do this PI until TOM shows up.  We also have our annual BBQ at work on June 6th, so maybe I should start back up that day??  Things to ponder.

I'm not sure if it's mental but these 72 hours need to be over quickly like now!!  At 7am I felt that I was starving but that may be that I didn't drink my full 32 ounces of water upon rising and only having one cup of coffee. (I'm enjoying another cup right now).  I left work early today because there was plenty of help and I needed to go shopping!!! I only worked half of the day (5am to 9am), I only went to work to pick up my coupons that a coworker saved for me.  I also wanted to go to the store close to work because they overcharged me on some canned tomatoes.  I remember seeing the sign posted on them that they were 99 cents.  Yesterday, while cleaning out my purse I looked at the receipt and noticed they charged me $1.69 a can, hell no!!!!  So I took them back and used that money to buy some detergent they had on sale (it works awesome on whites) and some more radishes.  They sell them fresh by the bunch so Mr. Rabbit gets the green tops. They were still out of the water.  So then I drove to another Sam's location to find some Blender bottles because my Sam's was out of them or sold out and didn't restock them who knows, but this one had them in stock.  I noticed the prices at this Sam's were a bit lower than my Sam's, hmmmm.  I know that that Sam's caters to the Mexican clientele that comes from Mexico, not just Hispanics.  I bought a huge tub of lard, yum, lemons, Laughing Cow cheese wedges and wouldn't you believe, they had the Birthday Cake Golden Oreos with fudge!!  Oh my, that just sounds heavenly.  The baking soda was less expensive there than at Costco or the other Sam's.  From there, I drove to the closest Albertson's to stock up on last day ad sales.  Wasn't much but I got a few things.  They had the garbanzo beans, dry, in one pound bags on sale for $1.00.  Now I'm stocked with canned and dry garbanzo beans, can we say Hummus overdose!!  So from there I drove to Wal*Mart and bought 4 cases of the water that the other store was out of, price matched it and used my coupon.  I bought more eggs, so I will have to prep those.  I finally made my way home and it was already 12:30.  I need to figure out what I'm going to do about these ants.  This morning I tried the hall light and it wouldn't turn on.  It was 4am and I was not about to start unscrewing the faceplate.  After putting away my groceries and scarfing down my lunch, I got to work.  Sure enough, I unscrewed the first screw and there they were.  WTF!  Someone at work advised me that when they laid down the foundation to these homes, they failed to seal the plumbing after laying the foundation, to save money of course, so now every summer I suffer with ants in the main bathroom.  They sometimes find their way into my bathroom but flee soon after.  I went back into the kitchen to sort some items and defrost some chicken breasts, since I still have 48 hours to go on P2.  I thought that one of my bottles of red wine vinegar was leaking but they're in glass, so I was a bit confused.  I started to move them and I discovered that a sweet potato had been rotting and was leaking all over the place.  It made a huge mess.  Ugh, a woman's work is never done.  It did affect one other sweet potato but I was able just to cut that end off.  Mr. Rabbit gets another treat, he loves them!!

I have to confess, yet again, I got on the scale when I arrived home, out of curiosity, and the scale said 158.2.  Ha, that number will never stick.  Are my 48 hours up yet?

Oh, I managed to do some online shopping while I was at work and on Amazon, I was able to find whole flaxseeds and whole Chia seeds, oh happy day.  Since I'm a Amazon Prime member, I get them by Thursday, free two day shipping, awesome!!! Just in time for Phase 3.

Cabbage is not my friend.  I made sweet and spicy cabbage to go with my chicken because my cabbage has been sitting there staring at me like when and what are you going to do with me?  I had decided on cabbage rolls but I didn't have time to blanch the leaves, stuff them then cook them so I took the easy route out.  The cabbage was delicious and P2 compliant so I don't know what happened.  I used stevia, of course, to make it sweet so I don't know if it was the chicken stock, the seasoned rice vinegar, tamari or what.  I didn't wake up swollen as I normally do if I ate too much salt so it just may have been the cabbage.  Granted I didn't eat a half a head at each meal, just shredded enough to get about 2 cups worth.  It was a huge head of cabbage so I still have a lot left.  Mr. Rabbit is going to enjoy it, I guess.  Looks like 159.8 is going to be my last injection weight (LIW).  That's not a number I'm happy with having to maintain at, so looks like a PI and them right back on HCG sublingually.

Last night while watching Chopped All Star, I reviewed my numbers of my blog, on my Kindle.  Man I majorly screwed up my numbers.  So I will have to sit here and correct quite a few blog entries. Try 40 of them, LOL.

I tried to turn on the light in the main bathroom and it was acting like it was shorting out.  I didn't know what was going on.  I went to Lowe's to try and get a new switch but no one was available to help or offered to help so I walked out.  A cashier asked me if I found everything, I told No, not really, no one will help me.  She started to panic and told me she would find someone because they were all just coming out of a team meeting. That was a lie because there were plenty of employees around where I needed them.  As she scrambled to help me I just continued to walk out the door, nearly in tears.  Is TOM close by? I'd say yes, very near!!  So I went to Wal*Mart next door.  I found some coupons for a dollar off  two packs of Ozarka water sports bottles. They were a $1.97 a pack so what the hell.  Bought some more cases of Nestle Pure Life water with a coupon of course.  I found me some running shorts and a tank top.  I drove to the Neighborhood Market where I found the beef dog biscuits for less that $4 to buy out their stock because they're shrinking the package to 4 lbs versus these 5 lbs for the same price.  I looked for more of the Ozarka sport bottle water and it was more expensive than the other store, WTF!?! I just bought the biscuits and drove to the other Supercenter (they're all close by so I'm not wasting gas).  There I found the water and bought 4 packs because I had 2 coupons left, bought some more cases of the Nestle water.  I found the Skinny Cow candy bars that I also had coupons for.  Needless to say, I was just spending money because I could.

I decided to open up the light switch just now that didn't want to work, this morning, to see if it was the switch that maybe needs replacing.  As I start to unscrew the face plate, ants began to crawl out of the screw hole. I was like WTF!?!  I finally got the whole thing off and those ants just came pouring out.  I sprayed them and tried to put the switches out to see if they had eaten through the wires but I can't see anything. I sprayed the inside of the circuit box with bug spray very carefully.  Now I sit and wait to determine if any damage has been done.  Off to eat lunch.

Wow, I can't believe there was a drop!! I've been stair stepping all week so this was a complete shock.  I got to sleep in today since I didn't have to go to work but I got up early anyway because my cats were fighting.  I wanted to water my palm trees before I went to my meeting anyway so they just woke me up a bit earlier than I wanted to. I was having some intense carb cravings last night and I kept eating some pita chips and melba toast.  I know TOM is very, very near.  I finally drank some apple cider vinegar water and that calmed me down.  I seriously thought I was going to see a gain and be back in the 160's. One of my teammates saw me and she said I had lost a lot since the last time she saw me and that was only about a month ago!!  Talk about making me feel better.  I explained to her that the scale isn't very friendly but I can tell its the inches that are coming off.  I wore a pair of Dickies that I bought about a month ago and this time, there was no muffin top.  Whoo hoo!! Oh, that reminds me, yesterday at work, one of the guys actually told me that I have lost too much weight.  I was like WTF?!? He asked me if I was going to lose any more and I said yes, another 30 pounds if possible.  He was like no, you're gonna look all anorexic.  I explained to him if I could lose another 30 pounds, I would be at my high school weight and I was still a chucky kid at that weight. I also explained to him that if I went my the government guidelines for my height, I would still have to lose another 60 pounds.  Now I know that would be impossible.

After my meeting, I drove to Costco since it was still early and I bought some Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches that I had a coupon for, of course.  I bought a clothes steamer too, that was completely unnecessary but I did.  I filled my tank since I was there but I should have drove to Sam's because it was about a nickel less but I had the ice cream already so I just fueled up there.  I didn't need to refuel completely but I wanted to have a full tank for the week.  I immediately drove to my mother's house to drop off some of the ice cream (I don't like cookies n cream that much) and when I opened the box, they were all melted!!  WTF!!!  Apparently I got a box that had been left out or their freezers aren't working.  I had to drive like a mad woman all the way home so I could put the vanilla ones in my freezer.  Talk about losing my appetite or cravings for that ice cream.  I will indulge in one during my PI oh, that's later this week, LOL. Of course now I'm debating if I should just continue on since I'm already used to VLCD and I'll be switching to sublingual.  If I do I will have to freeze all my avocadoes and feed my dog and cats the kefir or else it's all going to waste and that's a lot of cash in the trash.  Now to ponder what to do.

Ugh these 4am weigh ins!! But I only have 2 more injections to go and I can finally take my planned interruption.  Plus my lower back has been killing me all day.  I got home early and I seized the moment, I took a nap!! I slept for nearly 2 and 1/2 hours.  I feel better but my back doesn't, it still feels stiff.  Of course I have a million things to do but the nap was priority.  I got to go shopping while I was on duty because a co-worker was needed Muenster cheese.  He usually buys the loaf and splits it with me and doesn't ask for a dime.  How sweet huh?  But today, I purchased my own loaf and he still let me keep his change.  The cheese was on sale this week $1.99 per pound and that's pretty cheap.  Sadly they make you buy the whole the loaf.  I also got some mayonnaise they had on sale. Would you believe, they were completely out of the water that was on sale? Since I was able to get in and out (twice) of the store quickly, I also stopped at Big Lots, no one was there.  I wanted to purchase an outdoor resin chair so I could sit outside once in a while, and with my rewards cards, it only costs me $7.99.  They also had the Nutrisystem food on sale today for 10/$5.  I found some heat and serve vegetarian chili, cheese tortellini, and some other soups that I can use in a pinch during Phase 4.  I was going to stop at another Big Lots on my way home but decided my nap was more important.  Once I got back to work, I ate some tuna again.  Problem with the tuna was, I didn't check the ingredients when I purchased it.  I just saw it was Herb and Garlic flavor.  As soon as I put the first bite in my mouth, I immediately felt and tasted the oil.  I checked the label, sure enough, soybean oil was the 3rd listed.  Ergh.  I had a radish since I had bought some of those too (4 bunch for 99 cents).

So now I sit here debating what to eat for dinner.  I had decided early to make cabbage rolls but I will have to make a few since it would be pointless to just cook one.  Yesterday, I didn't cook my chicken like I said I was going to but I separated it, froze it, and had steak and broccoli for dinner.  I know broccoli is not allowed as well on this protocol but if I hadn't eaten it, there would have been no room in the freezer for it after I put the rest of my steaks and chicken in there. Hmmm, that reminds me, I need to figure out how I'm going to get that whole loaf of cheese into the freezer, even after I cut it down to 2 pound blocks, there's no room!!  I have 1 pound unsalted butter blocks frozen as well since I can't have any on P2.  That shall all change on Thursday!!!  I'm so excited because I can have  all that kefir I have in the fridge!! While still making more, haha!!  Alright, I'm off to the kitchen to make my dinner.

Whoo hoo!! I finally awoke to see that magical number on the scale!! I'm in a new decade and I hope to stay there and continue going downward.  I drew out the last of my solution yesterday which yielded me 4 injections.  The last 2 syringes I filled had a bit more solution that the first two because I wanted to get every drop out.  So as of this morning I only have 3 more injections to go and I can take a planned interruption for 2 weeks?? then start on sublingual.  This will be my first time ever to use HCG sublingually so we'll see how that goes.  If I got the correct math for the sublingual, I should be able to stay on another 30 days after my PI.  I really am anxious to stay on the HCG till I get as close to my "real" goal.  My body has adjusted to the VLCD and once I start to eat normally, it proves to be difficult to go back to VLCD.  The scale number may not look that great but I do. It has become more noticeable and people I know, have noticed.  Last night I did something a bit different.  I filled my usual water glass (32 oz I believe) and added some Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother, granted it wasn't all that pleasant to drink, but I did.  It was pretty diluted but you could tell it was in there.  I drank it before I went to bed.  I just did it to get some benefits from the vinegar but I don't know if it helped or not.  My goal last night was to go to bed early, very early but I finally got in bed at 9pm.  I did all my chores early too.  That was earlier than the last 3 nights but I awoke at 3am.  I managed to fall back asleep for another hour.  I can feel TOM trying to make an entrance today but so far, it hasn't shown itself.

I need to keep a better food diary but I've just been to busy to write anything down.  Since I was so tired yesterday, I ended up not cooking my chicken.  I washed the pan I was going to use but that was about it.  On my way out the door, I grabbed a packet of sweet n spice tuna.  I know tuna isn't allowed but that was the only thing I could grab so I could avoid going through a fast food restaurant.  I haven't been hungry and I probably could have just skipped lunch till I got home but I've eaten tuna before without any problems.  I didn't have a fruit with my tuna because the tuna had sugar in it, so I skipped the fruit.  It was actually pretty tasty for being flavored tuna.  Now I have a new idea to make tuna salad with a kick.  I saw it contained sugar, chili powder and paprika so that doesn't look difficult at all.  Of course, I won't be using sugar but my stevia.  I have plenty of the liquid and packets. Hmmm, I may try that combo of spices on a piece of my chicken.

I went to Wal*Mart after work today, I found some coconut milk without sugar.  I've been looking for chocolate pudding made by Great Value but I didn't find it at the Supercenter when I was there yesterday.  Luckily this store had it.  I want to bake cakes and sell them.  I just don't know how much to sell them for, LOL.  Of course, I had found some new coupons online so I had to put them to good use, LOL.  I also price matched some chicken thighs I can eat next week.  I bought some more water that I price matched too.  I found some dog biscuits at this store that I couldn't find at the Supercenter as well.  I may have to go back and buy what's left of them because I noticed they made the new package smaller (4 lbs vs. 5lbs) for the same price.  Like I wouldn't notice.  My dog likes the beef basted ones so I got her some.  I found the peanut butter biscuits but they're making that package smaller too.

I'm gonna go cook my chicken now but I want steak for dinner.  What a conundrum.

I think my numbers for the days and VLCD are off but I do not want to go back and recheck them, just lazy.  I'm confessing again, I just got home from work and shopping at Wal*Mart, and I got on the scale, 159.4!! Oh, how I wish that number would stay there until I awoke in the morning.  I had to go to Wal*Mart because another competing store had the case Nestle bottled water for $2.99 and the pint of strawberries for 99 cents.  Since I was out of fruit, I figured I better get me some strawberries to hold me over for the next couple of days until I can get to Costco for apples.  I just prefer apples because they easily transported in my backpack or purse.  Sadly, the strawberries were only on sale for today at that price.  Another store has them 2 for $3.00 which is still cheaper that what Wal*Mart sells them at their regular price. Did I mention I had a coupon for the water, it was $1 of two multi-packs of the water, win win!!

I stubbed my toe yesterday and it looks horrible.  I have never seen my toe that color.  It's a reddish purple color and it hurts to move it.  At work I just sat at my desk and iced it.  Right now, it's not hurting too bad but it is still very tender and sore.  I still have a matching ear to go with it, LOL.

Sadly, I withdrew my application for that job I was applying for.  I'm still not physically ready and being on P2 proves to make it more difficult.  I was seriously lightheaded after my first run and that was not a pretty feeling. So now I have a year to get my ass in better shape and condition myself to running long distances. I haven't told my daughter, she will be disappointed in me.  She actually told me last night that I stubbed my toe on purpose to have an excuse for not passing the test.  That upset me a bit but I promise, I did not do it on purpose.  I could never intentionally hurt myself that bad to get out of something no matter how hard I tried.  I do not enjoy pain, let alone, self inflicted pain.  I'm off to cook my chicken portions for the rest of the week since I'm completely out of cooked chicken.  Not sure if I told ya'll that I had tried my "prepped" eggs yesterday.  Shockingly, they were perfect, no sulfuric smell, no rotten insides and cooked very nicely since they were "room temperature".  I didn't feel sick yesterday or today so I guess that prepping works!!  Now I can hoard eggs, LMAO!!
