R1P3 2nd Week

Wt: 174 lbs LIW: 173lbs

I weighed myself earlier today plus I believe I ate too many melba rounds yesterday with my tuna salad. I've been told my schedule will change again beginning tomorrow!!!

Breakfast: 1 fun size Milky Way bar
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: Chuck steak

R1P3 2nd Week

I've been having to weigh myself earlier these days so my weight may be off but I'm maintaining. (Thank goodness). I didn't bring breakfast today so I may eat my apple instead.

Lunch: chicken thigh and 2 wedges of cabbage
Dinner: Tuna salad w/celery, black olives, pickles, red onion and mayo w/avocado and melba toast/rounds

Cheated with 2 fun size butterfingers

R1P3 2nd week

Wt: 173 LIW: 173lbs

My work hours have changed this week so I had to come in earlier. I had to weigh myself earlier so I'm at LIW since I weighed myself at 5:45AM.

Breakfast: cottage cheese with pineapple chunks
Lunch: Chicken strips w/mayo and 1 apple
Dinner: 2 filets of tilapia, wedge of cabbage cauliflower mash w/parm cheese, sour cream salt and pepper

Oh, bad girl, I just cheated big time, I had a Krispy Kreme cake donut and coffee with real sugar in it this morning!! I didn't want to use the pink stuff!!

Got up early and went to put gas and get some groceries. Ran out of cottage cheese last night and needed some more peaches.

Breakfast: cottage cheese w/pineapple chunks
Lunch: hot sausage, peppers and onions omelet
Snack: cottage cheese and peaches, later Ruffles with hot sauce
Dinner: unbreaded fried chicken thighs

Okay, didn't get much sleep last night. I decided to do some plumbing work and didn't finish till 2am. I was pretty wired. Anyway, had to get up early and go to Sam's to make a payment. While I was there I picked up a couple of 80's CDs, yes I know I'm giving my age away. I got some half and half for my coffee and avocados. Man I love my avocados. Stopped by Target to look for this purse I've been looking for but they still don't have it. Stopped at Wal*Mart to pick up the paper and some candy bars for my daughter. Couldn't go crazy since money is tight till Friday. I weighed myself before I left and it was my LIW. I weighed myself when I got back from running around and I was at 172. I'll keep that number.

Breakfast: Ribeye steak, peppers, mushrooms, onions omelette.

Lunch: No lunch really, cheated with some Ruffles

Dinner: 2 filets of tilapia fried in butter & oil as well as the green beans.

Snack: cottage cheese with pineapple chunks and pork rinds

So far so good. I've been able to stay within my 2lbs limit of over/under.

Ok, good news, got my digital weight scale yesterday evening. It's pretty accurate which I do not like. My old scale lies to me and I like that. I weighed myself this morning on both scales. The digital one says 175.2 lbs and the old scale said 174 lbs. I'll stick to the old scale until I resume Phase 2 again in November.
Today's lunch consists of eggplant zucchini lasagna (again), with no pasta, cucumber, avocado, red onion with bleu cheese dressing.

Dinner was a pan fried chicken breast, cucumber, avocado, red onion salad with Ranch dressing. Snack: Pork rinds

Not Too Bad

For everything I ate yesterday, I'm doing pretty good. For lunch is another piece of eggplant zucchini lasagna (no pasta).

Dinner will probably be pork chops and a salad. Not sure yet.

Dinner was pork loin chops, cabbage from yesterday and cucumber avocado, red onion salad with bleu cheese dressing and an apple before bed.

I'm also taking Fiber Choice tablets before bed, they're chewable.

I guess I enjoyed that eggplant zucchini lasagna a little too much. Not too bad still within my 2 lbs under/over limit. Today, I had another piece of the lasagna and tonight it will be either pork chops or steaks.

Dinner was a ribeye steak, cucumber, avocado, red onion with bleu cheese dressing salad, pressure cooked cabbage and onion.

Had a apple before bed.

This is good because I'm 2 lbs within my LIW. I was surprised yesterday when I could not finish my steak, weird huh? Don't know what's on the menu today, but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon.

1st day of Round 1 Phase 3

Wt: 171 lbs.

Go figure, I stop the injections and I lose 2 pounds. Anyway, today is the first day I get to eat a real meal. I made a sausage, peppers and onions scramble. I plated it and topped it with 2 eggs over easy and sliced avocado. It was so good. I felt like a crack addict getting their fix. I'm actually full and didn't have to go back for seconds. Simply miraculous!! Let's see what I weight in the morning though. Wish me luck!!!

What the Fu**

Don't understand what is going on here, Wednesday was my last injection day since I had plateau'd pretty bad the last couple of weeks. I figured I'd give myself and body a break till Thanksgiving then it is on!!

Check this out, I was running around all morning looking for parts for my car, went to Sam's to stock up, Albertson's and Wal*Mart. I got home a little after one and got this crazy idea to undress and weigh myself. I had to pee really bad since I had gone to Sam's ( I have a problem with public restrooms). Well, I emptied my bladder and stepped on the scale. Guess what?

Wt: 170 lbs!! What the fu** is going on?

Anyway, I was so elated I forgot to eat lunch but by 4pm I had to start making dinner for my daughter. Let's see what tomorrow holds!!!

This bites

This really bites, still the same weight since Friday of last week and TOM is no where in sight. Today will probably be my last injection day, since I can't seem to lose any more. I might just do a shot tomorrow and on Sunday start Phase 3. Still unsure. My HCG seems to be losing potency but I may be becoming immune as well. I'll start again on Thanksgiving. Start loading that is!!

I guess my body just doesn't want to lose any more fat. I have been at 173 since Friday and TOM still has not arrived. I am really pissy today (PMS) so hopefully within the next few hours or days, TOM should arrive.!! That's it for now. I found out the person I like at work is a playya!! Not good!!

Okay, okay, I admit for lunch I had an extra helping of fajitas, then for dinner I was to omit the vegetable, but I still ate it anyway. My HCG may be losing its potency so this may be the last few days for this round. I was hoping to have dropped into the 160's before having to stop this round but no such luck. TOM still hasn't showed up.

Well, the party last night was kinda interesting, seeing everyone from work drunk. The guy I like finally showed up and with a girl. Why did he ask me to wear something for him and he does that? Anyway, I did cheat a little, I tasted the brisket and had a few chips. Nothing major mind you but it was probably emotional eating. I stopped right away when I caught myself reaching into the chip bag again. The scale was kind this morning, let's see what it says tomorrow.

I still weigh the same as yesterday and the day before!! What is going on!! It's probably TOM. On another note, this guy at work that I am starting to fall for is noticing me!!! Let's see where that goes!!

Speaking of this guy, I say him before my shift ended. He let me rub is head. I asked him if he was going to attend the party on Saturday and he said he would be there and requested I wear something special for him. What does that mean? I think he is falling for me too!!!

I don't know what is going on!! I haven't cheated, I measured my portions, I just don't know!!! I'm back at work today and on a different schedule, so let's see how this works out. I haven't had a true BM, so maybe that could be a contributing factor.

I don't know what happened!! The only thing I can think of is that I ate lunch very late, then I had dinner. They may have been to close together. I ate lunch late because I wasn't hungry till about 3pm. I ate about 4pm. Then at around 8pm I ate dinner. I had an apple in between lunch and dinner. So I don't know exactly what happened. I also did not measure my protein prior to eating it so maybe I ate too much. At dinner I had roast (not measured) and a wedge of cabbage, both of which were made in the pressure cooker. A little while later I was still hungry and I ate another wedge of steamed cabbage. Let's see what tomorrow holds.

Oh yeah!!

I'll settle with 174! I really need to get a new scale!! I got on it the first time is said 175, then I got back on it said 174. I waited a few minutes then got back on and it said 173, that would have been awesome. Anyway it crept up to 174, so that is what I'm sticking to!! Oh yeah, the guys at work are starting to notice too!!
