R1P3 2nd week

Wt: 173 LIW: 173lbs

My work hours have changed this week so I had to come in earlier. I had to weigh myself earlier so I'm at LIW since I weighed myself at 5:45AM.

Breakfast: cottage cheese with pineapple chunks
Lunch: Chicken strips w/mayo and 1 apple
Dinner: 2 filets of tilapia, wedge of cabbage cauliflower mash w/parm cheese, sour cream salt and pepper

Oh, bad girl, I just cheated big time, I had a Krispy Kreme cake donut and coffee with real sugar in it this morning!! I didn't want to use the pink stuff!!
