For everything I ate yesterday, I'm doing pretty good. For lunch is another piece of eggplant zucchini lasagna (no pasta).
Dinner will probably be pork chops and a salad. Not sure yet.
Dinner was pork loin chops, cabbage from yesterday and cucumber avocado, red onion salad with bleu cheese dressing and an apple before bed.
I'm also taking Fiber Choice tablets before bed, they're chewable.
