WT: 174 lbs LIW: 173 lbs

So far so good. I've been able to stay within my 2lbs limit of over/under.

Lunch: eggplant zucchini lasagna (no pasta) and cucumbers w/ranch dressing

Dinner: 2 filets of tilapia fried in butter & oil, green beans fried in butter & oil

Dessert: cottage cheese & peaches
