No weight loss today, I really think my batch has fizzled. Today is my rest (from injection) day. Tomorrow I will mix a fresh batch and see if that helps. Since my supplies were sent back by UPS, I'll have to wait again.

Ok, so I ended up cheating big time today. I really don't think my HCG is any good anymore and hasn't been for the past few days. I ate chicken fajitas today, twice as a matter of fact. Then for dinner, cuz my daughter was home, I made tilapia fish (200 grams) for each of us and asparagus. I fried it in butter and oil, no breading. I was really hunger today, how sad. Let's see what the scale has in store for me tomorrow!!!
