TOM must be lingering and I wanted to restart today. I'll just wait for TOM because if I don't it won't help matters. I'm going to try a steak day today but I really need to start limiting my carbs. I was doing good but now it's all catching up to me now. I didn't do anything yesterday except veg out in front of the tv. Not good. I haven't even trekked out today to buy the newspaper. I just totally feel like crap and that's why I know TOM is lurking.

I'm looking into purchasing Mitch Gaylord's 3 day melt. It looks like a good workout and for $30.00, you get about 4 different workouts plus a 2lb medicine ball. I already have a 6 lb ball but the workouts look simple enough. I have been pondering this since I first saw the infomercial a few months back. My yard needs a lot of work after all the rain so that may be my workout for today.

Hey girl,
I hate TOM!!! I took some pills last month to stop it temp. when we were on vacation and after i stopped the pill it showed up but it looks like its gonna show up again and I was sooooooo hungry last a few days and wanted to eat everything incl buch of ice cream I did deviated and i paid the price, I made it back down to my LIW I hope I don't mess it up nomore.
