Well another nice drop and I didn't take those oil containing supplements.  I know better now.  I'm having trouble falling asleep at night so I struggle to get up at 4am.  I like that HCG seems to give you some energy but it may be the clean eating that helps more than anything.  I did take a nap yesterday but it was worth it.  I didn't take measurements (again) but I can feel the difference already in my clothes and my fingers aren't as pudgy either.  I did a lot of walking today.  I had to go to HR and since I was on that side of town, I stopped by Costco too.  I exchanged some allergy pills and they were kind enough to refund my money, cash!! What's better than that? I spent it right away though because I wanted a different allergy pill.  I bought some organic, gluten-free "crackers" and Romaine lettuce, sorry rabbits, but this lettuce is for me!! I stopped by the bank too but they weren't very helpful with the issue I had.  It didn't hurt to ask though because you just never know.

I saw my "man" today but he didn't confront me about what happened on Saturday, so good.  He tries to avoid me now as to not confront me, I guess.  I just hate that I fell for all his lies and bullshit, just so that he turns around and does it to someone else.  I wish her luck or hope she opens her eyes to his deceit before she gets hurt too.  I only wish that it would turn around and bite him in the ass instead.  Karma isn't my friend right now, so I pray for myself to heal.
