That's more like it!! I didn't necessarily cheat yesterday but I did indulge in a extra melba toast. I found some organic melba toast in original and sesame at Costco. I ate them because I needed something with a crunch beside potato chips or Cheetos, so the melba helped. I was feeling really hungry last night but I just drank more water and was too lazy to make a cup of wu-long tea. I have bowling tonight and I hope my muscles can take it. Everytime I start VLCD, my arms hurt more than when I'm not on P2.
Breakfast:
coffee, 1 HB egg, a shot of green juice (celery,parsley, pineapple)
Lunch:
water, 2 HB eggs
Dinner:
1 tilapia fillet, 3 melba toast and a Healthy Harvest granny smith applesauce (NSA) w/cinnamon and stevia
Hey Monica & Miz Biz, thanks for checking in on me, yes I fell hard that first day but have since recovered. It sure is nice to know you girls are checking in on me and keeping me IN check!!

That's the way to do it Mary. Stay AWAY from the cheetos... great loss! Just take it one day at a time.
