I was expecting that because I snacked on a few more "crackers" than I should have. Also having to weigh in at 3:45am today didn't help much either but I will attribute the "gain" because of my early morning weigh in. I have been super cranky today and in a foul mood. Today I am really hungry. I ate my apple at 8am after my coffee, then I ate my chicken around 9am. I stopped by Wal*Mart and bought some fat free cottage cheese. When I arrived home, I immediately had to have a teaspoonful. Then I found my "crackers" and couldn't stop myself. I also ate 2 Garlic & Parmesan Pretzel Chips. I also munched on a head of Romaine heart just to squelch that ugly hungry feeling. I finally fell asleep on and off for about an hour. When I awoke around 3pm, I decided I better eat before I have to head out to the bowling alley. There is going to be trouble there because of all the yummy food the restaurant sells, plus everyone around me eating because they just got out of work. Sometimes the people you bowl with just don't understand that you are on a "diet" and they tend to keep shoving food in your face even though you politely decline. That's why I didn't want to bowl. Oh and the beer but my craving for beer or any alcohol has diminished since January. I had a few beers on my first day of HCG but they didn't affect me, or I just didn't feel them, but I just didn't crave them.
I'm drinking green tea now and I hope that helps with my energy for tonight and also my hunger. Once I finish this cup, I will make some black tea, that will waken me up. I gotta go play with my dog before I leave for the evening and I need to take a shower before. Oh yeah, I think TOM is right around the corner as well. The HCG always screws with TOM.
