I wasn't expecting that, another pound gain.  I skipped my injection today and I'm eating clean today.  No more Panda Express, LOL.  I'm not swollen or anything but I guess the food was a bit caloric and sweet, so not a good combo for Phase 2.  I'll just have to wait to see what tomorrow brings.  Friday I plan on going to Costco to stock up on a few items, not many since most is not Phase 2 compliant.  I'm only working half a day anyway so I'll have plenty of time to look around. Today I went to Wal*Mart to buy some Atkins shakes that were on sale, and of course, they didn't have any.  They had to 4 packs but the they're suppose to have a 4 pack with 2 bonus shakes which they did not have at this time.  They better get them soon because the sale ends Saturday, conveniently.  Not much to post today, it was a pretty ordinary day for me today.
