I lost 3 pounds overnight and I hadn't even taken my injection until this morning.  I ate very clean yesterday and wasn't expecting a drop this morning.  TOM is finally on his way out, thank goodness.  I have an extreme headache now and I don't know where or why I'm having it.  The only thing I can think of is detox from all the crap I ate while on break or lack of caffeine.  I had chicken and a large tomato for lunch today and I'm defrosting some tilapia for my dinner.  I did have a kefir smoothie this morning since I figured the HCG would not kick in right away today. I'm having an apple as I type but it is aweful.  Hope my rabbit likes it.  I took a baby aspirin so let's see if that helps my headache go away.  Work sucked today, but that was expected since I was off the last 3 days.  There's not much to report today but I sure was happy to see that drop this morning.  Now if only my blue mood with go away with TOM.
