Didn't get a chance to update yesterday since my daughter hogged the computer and I needed to clean around here. Not much has happened. I did go to Sam's yesterday to buy canned fruit and cottage cheese. I can't seem to get enough cottage cheese for some reason. The only thing I can think of is my body needs calcium. I don't crave milk just cottage cheese. Strange. I bought a rotisserie chicken also along with my avocados.
Breakfast: Ruffles w/hot sauce, omelet w/sausage and onions
Lunch: cottage cheese w/peaches
Dinner: chuck steak and sauteed zucchini
Snack: cottage cheese w/peaches
