I couldn't help but to have the chocolate yesterday and I was trying to concentrate on getting more protein. Oh, well. I start Phase 2 next week so hopefully I can take these pounds off.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: chicken teriyaki and basmati rice
Dinner: mexican mac and cheese chuck steak
Snack: Symphony's chocolate w/toffee chips and almonds
