R1P4 1st Week

Wt: 174 LIW: 173

I'm not to worried if I go a little more over my LIW since Phase 2 will be starting very soon!!! Not much to post today just kinda draggin' this morning. After my daughter awoke she complained of feeling dizzy, then I started to feel the same. We blame the fact that we ate fast food the day before. We had not eaten fast food for some time now. I haven't had fast food since August and she hasn't had it since late September. I believe our bodies had detoxed and now we polluted them again. I will stick to salads.

Breakfast: 3 over easy eggs with 4 slices of 100% WW bread
Lunch: beef barley soup
Dinner: guacamole w/whole grain pita chips
Snack: Hershey's chocolate
