R1P4 1st Week

Wt: 176 LIW: 173

I think my weight fluctuates so badly because of the times I have to weigh myself. Since the weekends I can sleep in, I weigh myself later than during the week. I have to weigh myself at 4 am during the week and at 7am on the weekends.

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: Leftover chicken soup without the chicken
Dinner: cottage cheese w/pineapple and cinnamon, a touch of stevia (7pm)
Snack: chips and hot sauce
