R1P3 3rd Week

It just dawned on me that in a couple of weeks, I will restart Phase 2. I've gotten used to eating and soon I'll be back to VLCD'ing. So I will enjoy Thanksgiving. I still don't know what we are doing. Saturday I'll be in Phase 4. Of course, I've been cheating already and adding carbs, bad, bad girl.

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: chicken strips, avocado and cucumber, ranch dressing
Dinner: tilapia fillet green beans and asparagus
