R2P2 Day 7 Lost 1.6 lbs

Well, lookie there, I had the cauliflower yesterday for lunch and it didn't seem to affect me negatively.

I need to bring up the point that Dr. S. specified in his manuscript about set weight points, which is where I'm headed for. When I became pregnant 14 years ago, I weighed 130 lbs. The weekend I became pregnant, I shot up 10 lbs, is that possible? Well, I continued to gain and gain throughout my pregnancy and was up to 176 when I was 9 months pregers. After I had the baby I was hoping to see a huge drop but she weighed 6 lbs 14 oz. and that's all I lost. So I weighed 170 for many years then slowly began to creep up. The whole point for me bringing this up is because when I get to 170 (very shortly, I hope) I may stay there for a while. We'll just have to play it by ear.

Breakfast: black coffee (lots) w/ stevia
Lunch: chicken and cabbage soup, orange
Dinner: Shrimp and steamed cauliflower
Snack: 2 stalks of celery
