R2P2 Day 5 Lost 2.2 lbs

0.9ml HCG 5th Injection (150iu)


Ok, ok, I did a 4 day load, my bad anyway, my LIW is not accurate of course since I switch scales. Anyway I continued to cheat yesterday because my daughter was still home. Let's see if I can do better today.

Breakfast: coffee, black w/stevia
Lunch: beef and cabbage soup, lots of spices for flavor, granny smith apple w/sprinkled cinnamon
Dinner: chicken and cabbage soup, small orange

I have to go to bed early since I was on vacation today and tomorrow I go back to work. I need to work on my food schedule for work.

Hi there. Just found your blog. Congratulations on the 2.2! I love the spicy cabbage soup! I alternate between that & spicy celery soup. I slice up a ton of celery in the food processor & put them in pyrex storage containers, add chicken broth & freeze. The cabbage & celery seem to soak up those spices & meat flavor.
