Yesterday my food choices were very poor. I was going to try and do a P2 steak day but on my lunch break, people were eating all around me. Usually on my break, there's no one and yesterday, there was someone sitting right next to me eating Subway. I couldn't see or smell it but I knew it was there. I ended up giving in to the vending machine. After work I got home and fell asleep. I must have slept too much because at bowling, I was just awful!! I couldn't even make my average. Good news is, my new ball came in and my teammate will take me on base this Saturday, to get it drilled. He suggested that we allow his son and my daughter to go to the movies while we go on base.

During the morning, I picked up my car from the shop. It just needed some touch ups and a few little things fixed. I had one of the officers drop me off so I could pick it up. I had called my father so we could go but he started with lame excuses so that's why I had the officer take me.

Anyway, I feel really lethargic this morning, probably from lack of food. I remembered to take some chicken out to defrost for dinner.

Yesterday's Menu:
B: coffee w/half & half, Splenda, black coffee
L: 1 small bag of potato chips, 1 small bag of Cheez Its, 3 petite danishes
D: 8oz. Lite N Fit yogurt

Becca, I hope I explained about the car in today's post. (Sorry) Let's see if this new batch will do the trick but without money until Friday, I am limited on protein choices (the freezer is actually empty of my protein sources).

Hey Mary... sorry to hear you're having such trouble with your food choices. I see you still lost though. Maybe due to the fact that although you ate junk food, you didn't eat much of anything else!
Maybe you can check your cupboards for a stray can of tuna, which would be better than nothing! I hate to see you going without your protein...

Thank you for checking up on me, yeah its hard to watch people eat tasty stuff, you hang in there, try to control youself lol..
I love this saying I've heard in the move great debaters I think its so true!
" We have to do what we have to do in order to do what we want to do"

I know its hard to stick to it sometimes and trust me I KNOW!! just try your best, imagine your goal and keep urself motivated.
