See what I mean by early morning weigh ins? I really don't think I weigh that much this morning. I know I may have had a gain but 2 lbs? Ok, maybe I did gain some since we had KFC yesterday. I really didn't feel like cooking and my daughter wanted me to take her to Best Buy so she could redeem her gift card. It was just noon so I drove through KFC since there was no line. I ate 3 thighs and my daughter ate the legs. Later, I had a breast and that was it. Strange that I ordered the legs and thighs bucket and there were two breast in there. Anyway, today I'm at work and debating how I'm going to go for my walk today. I forgot to bring my clothes so I could change here at work, then drive straight to the track instead of going home first. I'm feeling a bit queasy this morning so maybe I'll have an excuse to call it day (early from work). On the weekends its so easy to go walking because I get up so early, go to the track and get my walking done for the day. The funny thing is this Wednesday is Start Walking Day, ha!!
I'll have to see what the rest of the day holds in store for me to see if I do need to do a steak day or not. Better yet, maybe I'll do an egg day.

B: 2 eggs scrambled w/onion and pepper jack cheese, coffee
L: 3 KFC original recipe thighs
S: macadamian nuts
D: 1 KFC original recipe breast
Regina, I'm trying to enjoy the early mornings now since its going to get very hot here soon and I'll have to resort to working out at home or at the gym at work. I meant to watch my DVD's yesterday to learn the steps or routine but my daughter awoke and I didn't get a chance to. I've never heard of T-Tapp but a friend of mine gave me the Zumba DVD's and I still haven't seen those either.
B, since you're on P2, I wouldn't worry too much about exercise right now till P3. I'm still not brave enough to actually go to a real gym, I don't even like using the one here at work. Yes, I need to keep reminding myself of that reunion before self sabatoging.

Ahhhh hugs mary loo. :) THere is nothing worse than seeing Crystal on P3. :P I went crazy this time girl! LOL BUT I am going to get myself back on track and in the right frame of mind BEFORE Friday.

Hi Mary. Hey it's so great that you're keeping up with the walking. That's going to help you maintain I'm sure. And the 3.2 over isn't a disaster. Are you going to do the steak day? Good luck with whatever you try!
I'm betting it was all the sodium (and maybe some MSG?) in the KFC that gave you a temporary water weight gain.
KFC is the spawn of the devil. I swear that when I ate KFC I gained like 8 lbs, so consider yourself LUCKY!
I think all that salt that you reatained from fried food. Working out or going to sauna should do the trick just sweat it out my friend.
