2.4 lb OVER LIW

That's more like it. I tried not to eat too crazy yesterday and I walked the park again. It got a bit windy while walking but not as bad as when I left work, it was ugly!!

I realized the other situation that is causing the weight gain is that I really haven't "gone". I took some magnesium last night so let's see if that helps get things moving!!!

Yesterday's Menu:
B: black coffee
L: Wendy's Chicken Caesar salad w/dressing and croutons
S: pork rinds w/hot sauce
D: salmon fillet w/mayo, dijon sauce, 6 oz. regular yogurt w/flax

Biz, I did do plenty of planned interruptions during Round 3, I'll look it up and email you. Yes, I'm trying to stay away from the prepackaged stuff but sometimes I'm just so tired that I just grab one for convenience. I'm almost out of them so no more!!

Becca, luckily we are getting cold front this morning so it will be extremely nice today, high of 71 but still windy, argh!! I'm going to try keeping up with it, I'm starting to feel better now.

B, I think the walking is really helping now, I feel very different now, rested and energized (sometimes).

Hey that's great that you lost! You'll be back to LIW in no time...
We had a very windy day yesterday too and it's just the same today. I'm glad because it keeps the temp a little nicer.

WOW girl, congrats on your loss. Hey try eating some cucumbers and drink water right after as much as you can handle, It helped me after 2.5 days struggle ;)
