R3P3D11 Damn Scale From Hell!!

0.6 lbs LOSS from yesterday
2.6 lb OVER LIW

Okay, my scale was acting up again this morning. I stepped on it and it said 165.0, huh? Then I adjusted it and it said 161.8. Oh yeah, I just miraculously dropped nearly 4 pounds in a matter of seconds. I finally settled with the 164 since I really don't know what my weight is this morning. After I got home from work yesterday, I sat on the sofa and was ready to take a power nap. I sat upright, went and got dressed and went walking around the neighborhood. Since I forgot to bring my clothes with me, I had to go home to change and I almost didn't go walking. My normal routine of going around my neighborhood used to take me 30 minutes and yesterday the same route took me 20 minutes. I guess since I'm not lugging around the extra 30 pounds, it has gotten a lot easier. I don't feel pain in my shins as I walk like before. I did bring my clothes today so I should have no excuse except that it may be very windy by the time I leave work.

Yesterday's Menu:
B: coffee and 1/2 a glazed donut
L: South Beach Living roasted turkey w/brown rice and green beans
S: macadamian nuts, guacamole w/a few blue corn chips
D: 2 fried tilapia fillets and mexican squash sauteed in butter


Crystal, yes, I have missed you!!! Best of luck to ya restarting P2.

Becca, I can't do steak days and I completely forgot about the eggs!! I'll just hang on!!

Lili, I didn't think about the sodium but I am drinking lots of water. I knew I would probably gain but I'll just keep to walking and indulging less during the week, we'll see.

Biz, I agree with you completely, I'm sure there is a KFC in hell!! Luckily I didn't order any of the sides or I would have gained about 10 pounds!! I'll just take it with a grain of salt (or a ton) and settle down the rest of the week.

B, I took some B-Complex vitamins and that should help flush out any excess. I can only hope!!

I would have banged that sucker up against the wall and called it a day! ROFL

Do the dandelion tea or the capsules to help flush out that extra water.

Pls don't bang it up on the wall b4 u buy the new one :) I agree with lili..NEW SCALE will do the trick..lol. I got 2 digital ones one old one and the new one that calculates BMI so I like it.

Good for you, getting off that sofa and walking! That's what you need right now. And how cool that you can do it 10 minutes quicker than before. WOO HOO!
