I'm not sweating it people, I'm just enjoying the holiday feasts and not stressing about my weight. I weighed in at 6:00am and I was 158.8, then I hit the track for an hour and dropped 1.2lbs from walking and running. There is some more good food to be had today like my avocados, mmmmmm! I'm hungry this morning but can't decide what to eat, ergh!!
I had taken my London Broil out of the freezer and had it defrosting in the fridge. It leaked everywhere and I spent a good hour cleaning the fridge and throwing out everything that the blood had gotten on.
Yesterday's Menu:
B: Mexican jelly filled pastry w/coffee, 1 special Dark chocolate bar
L: hot dog and smoked sausage on a toasted buttered bun
S: chicken salad w/apples and macadamia nuts, onions, mayo, mustard & ACV
D: London Broil cut into steaks, cucumber, avocado & red onion salad
S: New York Peppermint patty and some chips
