I'm just going crazy now with numbers. I have truly become obsessed with the numbers but I have lost 8 lbs since Monday. I am completely amazed. I'm sure if I could have weighed in a little later this morning, the numbers would be slightly lower but I'll take it. Do you see how close to the 40 lbs lost mark I am?? Now I know I have not been following the protocol allowable foods but this has been working for me and I'm going to stick to it. On the yahoo forum (HCG2) there is a small arguement about calorie cycling. So that fight has begun because someone has decided to do their own thing and they have not posted their stats either. Oh, well, to each his own right?
My flirting officer kinda embarrassed me yesterday. I really want to keep it on the down low because these officers just love to gossip. They are worse than social groups that get together to gossip. He walked in and saw me, so he whistles and everyone turned around trying to figure out who he was whistling at. Then later I rubbed the top of his head and he always makes the comment that I'm rubbing the wrong head. He didn't realize that there was another officer standing behind him when he said that and that officer was just shocked. I'm used to him saying that to me but not everyone else. Anyway, I asked him to behave especially when other people are around. Later the handsome green eyed officer came in and I told him about my accident. He just laughed and asked me to remind him not to let me drive him around in a patrol unit. I got mad at him and punched him in the arm and apparently that turned him on, so I continued to hit him, ha!! I just hope he comes in today so he can give me a ride back from the bodyshop.
I haven't had any epiphanies yet, but I'll post them just as soon as I can think of them.

B: 1 cup coffee w/half & half, Splenda, 3 cups black coffee, 2 hard boiled eggs
L: 2 hard boiled eggs, water
D: 1 grilled chicken breast
S: 4oz. Light N Fit peach yogurt
Monica, thanks I am really pumped for this round, I'll just be upset when the losses slow down. I am very excited for being in the 150's already and I'm am just smiling from ear to ear.
Becca, thanks, yes maintaining was the hardest part of the whole protocol but it sure was helpful not having to lose it all over again. The impact was a pretty low speed so I don't think they'll total it which is fine by me, I love my little car!!! I should just be grateful that she had insurance at all!!!
B, the losses make me greedy, muwahah!! My walks have cut down to 30 minutes just so I don't wear myself out too quickly!! I need to enjoy them while I can because the weather is going to get hot here very soon!!

This protocol is very personal, and though I definitely believe everyone should start out following the Dr. S diet specifically - if you find food(s) that work for you and still allow you to lose... Then eat them! Why not?? Sheesh.
Oh girl .. sounds like every workplace on this planet is the same. Just keep it cool, because one uptight tattletale can ruin it for the rest of us! lol

And wow! you are going down so fast it's amazing. I can't believe it. I bet it feels great to be in the 150's after sticking in the 160's for so long! I am thinking that you'll catch up to me before I even make my goal at the rate you're going!
