Don't ask me how that happened because I did go a bit crazy again yesterday. At work I was getting stressed because my Commander and Lieutenant wanted me to find some invoices that I had nothing to do with and since the station manager is on vacation, it was up to me to find them. Luckily I called his cell phone (again) and he answered and told me where they were, pheeew!! After work I went to get my inspection sticker because I have court on Wednesday. They guys were pretty cool, one of them like the color I had chosen for my car and wanted to know what it was so he could paint his car the same. I called my daughter when I was leaving from there and she wanted McDonald's. I ordered a big and tasty sandwich for myself and she got a Big Mac combo. I only ate the bottom bun with my burger (no cheese) and added mustard. Luckily the top bun had the mayo and ketchup so I didn't get it on my patty. Then I hit the chip bag again. I went to bed early because I have been tired this whole week and I've had a dull headache all week as well. I had ordered some vitamins and supplements last week and they arrived yesterday so I'm starting to take them. I've got a trick up my sleeve and if I get good results I will share with everyone what it is.

I got up early this morning and went to the track. I ran a bit and walked the rest. I went to Wal*Mart to stock up on some groceries and then headed to Sam's for gas and more groceries. I had to make a pit stop at another grocery store for some green onions and cilantro. I just got home and put everything away. I weighed myself when I got up and it said 156.6. After I got home from all this grocery shopping and having nothing to drink or eat, I weighed myself again and got this 155.4. So that's the number I'm using.

Yesterday's Menu:
Coffee from home, 1 venti Starbucks bold w/cream and Splenda
Acapulco grilled chicken salad from Jack in the Box (very tasty I might add)
Big & Tasty burger from McDonald's without top bun, mayo or ketchup, chips

Hey Jan, thanks for checking in on me, my work week has been crazy and I have not had a chance to make the rounds. I hope I don't blow it too bad this weekend. I'm really looking forward to some burgers and dogs. (Looking at my menu, you see I have already indulged in some of those, he he!!)

B, I'm not anymore but I am worried about hitting the 160's again, I don't want to ever see that number again!!
