Yes, this is definately a repeat of last week, so tomorrow I better zoom by 164 and see a 163!! I went a little crazy yesterday, since it was Sunday, I told myself after 1 beer stop cause I gotta get up early. Well, that theory flew out the window at light speed. I grilled some patties outside. Beer and grilled meat go hand in hand, right? Well, I polished off 3 before 5pm and I was buzzing!! I ended up sneaking in those dang Pringles again, I don't know what is wrong with me!! Anyway, I realized I would have to weigh in early today so at least I maintained!!

Yesterday's Menu:
B: 2-16oz. coffees w/Splenda and half & half
L: eye of round w/eggbeaters omelet, jalapeno & 5 grape tomatoes (I have 1 steak left and I finished the eggbeaters)
D: grilled hamburger patty w/mustard and sliced red onion, 3 Michelob Ultras, ??? Pringles

Jennnaay, yes he's stupid is as stupid does!! They sent the biggest meanest looking officer to talk to him, ha!!! Yes, this beer protocol is friggin' awesome!! No, pizza but I feel bad for my daughter, I'm depriving her, but it is better for her.

Monica, they don't know where I work so that's even better since I got connections!! Yes, I'll say it again, the beer protocol is friggin' awesome!!!

Lili, he's a moron, he probably didn't know they were hard boiled so he just kept on!! Let me know how that rotisserie chicken works out for ya, it has been working for me and it is easier than having to cook separate portions and such. My daughter eats the legs and wings and I get the rest!!

Biz, between you, Jen and myself, we'll have to keep this secret under wraps for sure!!! What can I say, he's an idiot!!

So I see Mr. Michelob is treating you right (no gain anyway)! We have to be "good" the rest of the time so I can hit my goal. So, if we have to be good then YOU have to be good okay?!

I can just see you grilling your meat, drinkin' your beer and listening to Maroon 5 (love them)! Life is gooood! What? We are on a diet? LOL! Nothing like a good HCG beer buzz!

Okay let's buckle down, we need to get you out of the 160's-you're sooooo close!

like I said to Biz, "beef 'n beer" should have it's own catagory in the food pyramid, together! Looks like I'm not the -only- one taking liberties either. We're so cocky, now that we know how to play the game, lol. But fortunately what I learned is that it's a lot easier to lose the surplus* calories, so, it all works out in your favor in the end, no? =P

Awww come on you guys. Enough with the beer protocol already! Jennifer is right you have to be "good" now so you can get out of those 160's that you've been trapped in for so long!

Okay, now that I've said all that, let me explain. I don't like beer, so it's easy for me to say NOT to drink it. You know that if I liked beer, I'd probably be right there sneaking it in every now and then. So okay, whatever! I don't like pringles either. They taste like a cardboard version of the REAL thing. If I'm going to cheat it would have to be totally worth it... Like a baked potato or something like that! Okay, I'll shut up now...
I'm just giving you a hard time because I haven't checked blogs in a while and now I see all the fun that's been going on behind my back. So I'm just feeling like I'm missing out. But tomorrow's my LIW! so I'll be on P3 by Friday...
