R3P2D26 Eater's Anonymous Here I Come!!

Round 3 of Phase 2 VCLD Day 26
No Injection

I feel like such an addict. I fell off the wagon yesterday and indulged in some Doritos and chile con queso at work. Since I was cheating I made the best of it and had 2 platefuls and a small piece of cake. I don't know what caused me to cave I'm usually pretty good at avoiding all that food but yesterday I couldn't resist. So, I'm thinking of taking a break this week so I can get my head back into the game. So Sunday should be my 72 hours since my last injection yesterday. I plan on going to Sam's and stocking up on some meats and chicken. I still have plenty in the freezer but since I got paid today, might as well. This round has been very difficult for me. I started out at 178 and now I'm only down to 166, how sad. Hopefully this little break will do me good. I need to get a pregnancy test as well to test my HCG and be sure it is potent.

Yesterday's Menu:
B: 12oz. coffee with 1/2 &1/2 and Splenda, 2-12oz. black coffee
L: homemade chicken Caesar salad w/French dressing and 6 grape tomatoes
D????: 2 platefuls of Doritos w/chile con queso, small piece of cake, (at home I had 2 tbls. of PB)

Jennay, I think you're right, Mr. Michelob was sure helping. My tuna was water packed but maybe 6oz. was too much, who knows. I don't get to wear a uniform, I am lobbying right now to get one just to save wear and tear on my clothes and not worry about what I'm going to wear everyday!!

Crystal, I did check the label before indulging and it has 2 gms. of sugar per serving which is 2 tbls. and I didn't eat that much, just maybe a 1 tbls. So you only have 5 more days?? Cool then back to P3, awesome!!

Monica, yes the dressing, but I did check the label and I didn't really eat that much of it, I left my fruit out to compensate for the sugar it had in it. Hey, I forgot to ask you, I got the Fat Burning Pilates, is that the one you were doing? I also got a Pilates Back DVD so I could strengthen my back, hope it works.

Girl girl girl! Shame on you! LOL Kidding.. you know what? We all need our little breaks every once in a while. I am just glad you are breaking though cause you really can to more damage on the HCG than off when you "deviate". Trust me I know first hand. :P

And you lost 12lbs that is nothing to snooze at honeychild. Thats the equivilant to a REALLy big baby! LOL :P Whew I feel for that Mom. HA! I am gearing up for Mommy time myself. We have a plan to start trying in November and see where that takes us.

Well that's my Mary Moe...if your going do it...do it ALL the way! I know it's not funny that you gained but Marrray, it is funny! I don't think I've had a damn Dorito in like 6 months-wow!

Yeah, I would think to save your sanity it's a good idea to take a break! You really have to be ready for P2 (as you know)!

And yes, Crystal is right...that's still 12 lbs gone girl-better than any other diet!

Love ya even though you are bailing on us too...like who is left? I need my buds!

oooh... Crystal. We're doing that too. Starting after the HCG cruise, or rather during.. ROFL.

Mary, 12 pounds is pretty darn good honey! And go ahead and take that break girl. It sure did help me get my head back in the game. There's no use wasting your hcg. You'll be re-energized and you'll see those big drops when you start back up again. I loved that part myself.

I know this round was difficult for you, but at least you still lost! Please keep posting while on your next break. I love reading your upfront, honest thoughts.

Also, let me know how that Pilates DVD goes. I've been wanting to get back into it and need to find a good one.
