Man, it is just teasin' me!! I'm 0.6lbs away from my LIW. Maybe tomorrow. I did a little experimenting yesterday. Seeing as I had such a stressful day Friday, yesterday was a day of R & R. I treated myself for brunch and dinner. I did manage to get my hair colored but the eyebrows were neglected. During the late afternoon, I decided to work on my palm trees. They were just as unruly as my eyebrows. I finished all three palm trees in an hour and a half. Not bad if I do say so myself. My daughter and I watched some movies while enjoying our dinner. After two movies, working on the trees, by 11pm I still was not tired. I made myself go to bed because I wanted to go to Wal*Mart early. That didn't happen. Oh well, I can go tomorrow after work.
Yesterday's menu:
B: 2-16oz. coffee with milk(unknown amount) and Splenda
L: pork sausage (drained of excess fat) scramble with 2 whole eggs and fresh jalapeno slices
D: 2 tilapia fillets cooked in butter & oil with steamed cauliflower, 12oz. coffee w/milk & Splenda
See, I told you I treated myself yesterday, I wasn't stressing yesterday about Friday. I'm just glad I didn't get cited for the accident or my driver's license being expired, phew! Oh, and I've been using milk instead of half & half because I bought a gallon of milk for my daughter to eat all her cereals, but she hasn't and the milk is very close to expiring. Don't want to waste money or food since milk is running close to the price of a gallon of gasoline, ya know what I'm sayin'?
I'm starting to feel soreness in my arms from all that tree trimmin' and my thighs are still sore from Friday. Not that I worked out but it is mostly my right thigh from all the driving since my car is a 5 speed and I think I tensed up during my little fender bender.
- Jenny, hope you enjoyed that nap cuz I didn't get to take one!! Free groceries are awesome! No, you can not have him, he's mine!!! Yes, the croutons I counted as my melba/grissini for the day which I normally don't eat on a daily basis. I'll work on my catepillars today!!
- Biz, yes isn't it amazing what can happen in a matter of hours? Truly makes one think. Yesterday we were tied, not sure about today, thanks for checking in on me!!
- Crystal, Unbelievable day almost like my Monday now that I think about it. I should pop some B's but I always forget!!
- Lili, yes there was no dressing on the salad and the rotisserie chicken, I make sure I remove the skin because most of the seasoning is on there. I know some penetrates into the meat but not as much as is on the skin itself and I did okay. As you can see, I haven't been having any fruit just upping my protein intake which has helped me tremendously.

Um, I'm not going to comment on your menu because we already know that Biz is going to set you straight on that! I can't believe you still had a loss!
You need to be perfectly good for 1day and let's get you past this LIW already!
Btw, so nice to hear you had a "normal" day...phewww!
